Visited on 5/23/23: After a fascinating exploration of the "beneath the street" tour of basements, we were quite hungry and decided to stop by this place for a burger, but I ended up ordering a pork chop instead. The restaurant had a relaxed pace, and we were promptly seated upon arrival. The waitress was friendly and had a positive demeanor. Our food arrived fairly quickly, although it may have been due to the lack of customers during our visit. The overall quality of the food was good, although the cod lacked flavor, possibly because it was cooked in vegetable oil. We also tried the BBQ pork sandwich, which had a satisfying taste. The breading on the fish and chips was rather plain, but the onion rings had a fantastic and flavorful crust. The lightness of the batter, combined with the complementary Chipotle dip, made for an enjoyable combination. The onion rings themselves were massive! A serving of four was more than enough. I recommend giving this place a try. You won't be disappointed.

Great spot to stop in pre-Sounders match as it's walking distance to Lumen Field. Happy hour too if it's a weekday match.

I took my family here after my husband and I got married at the courthouse. The staff was so friendly and accommodating. The food was all great, lots to choose from as far as drinks and they even have a small kids menu! Highly recommend to anyone visiting downtown.

We chose to eat as Collin’s Pub randomly. It was on our way to our first NFL game ever. We walked in, grabbed our menus and seated ourselves as it was posted to do so. Truly thought, with how busy the place was, that everything was going to take forever. This was not the case at all. We were immediately approached by our server, Benny. He got our drinks ASAP and suggested a great beer on tap for my brother and my daughter. Shortly after, he was back taking our order. My brother and nephew ordered the burger, I ordered the pulled pork sandwich, and my daughter ordered the falafel sandwich. Everything was great. And, it came out of the kitchen very quickly. Hot, flavorful and delicious! Benny was there in a hot second if he noticed drinks needing refilling and to make sure we were taken care of. He was an awesome server. And, we were approached by, who we believe to be the owner, twice. Very nice and friendly. Spoke with him about the game we were going to and racing for a short moment. Was nice to have him approach us and see that he cares about his place and his customers. Seemed like a good, down to earth guy. The atmosphere was great also. Felt very comfortable there. Sorry for the book. But I will return when I get back that way.

A lovely pub atmosphere, great beer selection, good staff. Had the asparagus, which was quite a lovely char , great sauce and the egg was a good addition. Highly recommend. The fish and chips.. the sweet potato fries were great. Fish breading was a bit thick, and the coleslaw needed a visit from the flavor fairy. Tartar sauce was quite nice

Had a very nice Reuben and a couple of really tasty local beers. The staff were busy but friendly. The bar was simply beautiful as you can see by my attached photos. It comes across as a hole in the wall but it is a jewel in this very rough downtown area. I can highly recommend this place especially for their great selection of brews

We were on vacation in Seattle and had a great time at Collins. We made it our second and also our final dinner. Burgers were outstanding as were the beers. Kevin was a terrific, fun host. Had to have a picture with him before we left. Great memory!

Unfortunately we stopped by when they were closed but the bartender was incredibly helpful in guiding us to the nice parts of town. She took time from closing shop to provide help and guidance, so if this is any indication of service, I know they take care of their customers!

We were in town for the Atlanta United vs Seattle Sounders game. Collin’s Pub was the place for Atlanta fans to meet up. The bartender was friendly, animated and fun to interact with. The food was better than usual bar food. It’s also convenient for pre-gaming events at Lumen Field.

The service was great. Fish and Chips were really good. It was a laid back place. They have a decent, but not huge selection of beers.

Went here after opening day because the lines were so long in the stadium, and because the game flew by before we could get food. The menu was limited due to the late hour, but the offerings were still spectacular! The fried chicken sandwich really hit the spot! And the beer is always delicious. 👌

Excellent location for wonderful food and beer. Ask the bartenders for ideas based on what you generally enjoy; they are very informed about their beers. They will give you a gift you'll like. I've tried their chicken sandwich and gnocchi, both of which were outstanding.

MJ was really friendly and engaging. Looking forward to visiting again. Smoked salmon chowder was delicious. NY strip was cooked just as I like it, medium rare.
