Never misses. Warm hospitality and reliably delicious food and drinks. It’s like an extension of your own dining room. So cozy in the fall and winter and laid back in the summer. I always get the arugula salad, baccala fritters, and octopus. Parking in the neighborhood is so easy.

Great atmosphere in the back patio- felt like being invited to someone’s backyard. Salad was light and fresh, meatballs are quite Smokey from the pancetta but tasty if that’s you’re thing with a nice sauce. Pizza looks AMAZING but just tastes good, which was a bit of a let down. Maybe more sauce needed? Relaxed atmosphere and in a nice neighbourhood.

This place is very cozy and the food and drinks are pretty good. I came here for the first time last November, with my best friend visiting from Mexico. We both were pleasantly surprised of the food quality, staff and atmosphere. We tried the bacalao fritters, some sort of risotto and the burrata; the fritters hands down the favorite. We also got a dessert (pictured) something with quince and it was to die for!

Nice Italian pizzeria and restaurant. Very good pizza and supplí, reasonably priced. The only thing we didn’t like was the service, or the sr. waitress was having a bad day: not a smile, barely a word, dishes basically thrown on the table.

The cocktails! Whoa! A whole ‘nother level. And when the bartender came over to explain the cocktail - the one with mezcal - we knew we were in good hands. And then the mussels came out. Exceptional. Tender, juicy, highly flavored. The pork was even better. Tons of flavor and tender as is imaginable. The margarita pizza and funghi were perfect, too. Great meal. Thank you Bar del Corso!

Cozy spot with a smaller menu. We had grilled octopus, beets and pizza. Dessert was panna cotta. All were great. Would definitely go back.

Sis and I had another meal out on Beacon Hill in Seattle. This time we decided on Italian and found what we were looking for at bar Del Corso. I have heard a lot about this small café. And it did not disappoint. We started with a large plate of salad greens lightly dressed with vinaigrette, a generous helping of shaved parmesan and soft boiled eggs, paired with their baccala (salt cod and potato fritters). Dinner was shared small plates of house made Calabrian sausage and a generous bowl of Vongole alla Marinara (little neck clams in marinara sauce) with grilled artisan bread. Every dish was more than enough for two (more than we could eat anyway) and as delicious as they sound. There were two things that, if added, would have made this meal outstanding for me. A grace note of a bit more salt (but then, I have a palate that always craves a bit more salt and pepper) and a bit more fish in the salt cod. The cod fritters was the only dish that tasted lacking, however. It was a solidly great meal otherwise. Bar del Corso is a definite recommendation.

I really enjoyed the food and the prices were sensible. The atmosphere was casual but it still felt pretentious. We made reservations as recommended and when we arrived the person who greeted us was not very welcoming. I can’t remember his words but it felt like “what are you doing here?” I do remember my reply was, “food?” Service was really lacking which can kill the vibes for a great meal. Food was super yummy, we ordered more than enough for two people plus dessert and 2 glasses of wine = $100 The dessert was cornmeal cake and the most memorable and I want more!

One of the best pizzas in Seattle. Awesome salads and drink menu. Nothing pretentious, just good old neighborhood joint with relaxing vibe.

Not bad, awesome ambience, rushed staff. Wed we could not get a table but Thu worked. I really liked the place, aery and open, one large busy room whith the pizza oven off in the corner. Out back a very pleasant patio. We had three small plates to share, including the very popular meatballs (smoky, recommended), but all three were very salty for our tastes. Pizza was solid, chewy crust slightly burnt, limited selections, especially for folks who don't want spicy. Loved the morel mushroom pizza special, funghi was ok with fairly American sausage (anise). I haven't cut pizza with scissors before 🙂. Unfortunately our server was quite brief, no conversation, felt rushed the whole time, with water glasses getting refilled every minute. Post pandemic stress. Overall a likable place with great atmosphere.

Bar del Corso is easily at the top of our list for favorite Italian restaurants in Seattle. From the pizza to the small plates to the spritzes and cocktails, it was an amazing meal. We also loved the atmosphere - the buzz in the restaurant is warm and inviting. Make sure not to skip the warm rhubarb polenta cake for dessert!

Italian food is my favorite, and this place didn’t disappoint me! Small plates are fantastic, loved the vongole alla marinara. Special pizza was tasty and flavorful. :) Lemon olive oil cake was perfect for a dessert. Nice service as well.

Excellent pizza, one of the best I've had in Seattle so far. We went as a group of 6 with a reservation, food came out quickly though overall service left a little to be desired. Looking forward to going back.

My husband and I have been to Bar del Corso three times and enjoyed our experience each time. First time we’ve dined here, it was for dinner and the restaurant was bumping with a fun vibe. We sat at the bar the first time and it was great, well attended. Little did we know that there was a cute back patio so the last two times we’ve dined, we sat in the back patio. They have two large heaters if needed. And it’s covered so you won’t get rained on! All friendly servers and bartenders. The pizzas here have become our favorite pizzas in WA. Our fave pizza is probably the Funghi with sausages. The Manila clams small plate is super good. And if the Grilled Octopus with Yukon Gold Potatoes is on the special menu, you must order that... great flavors and is my husband’s favorite small plate ever... So divine! Beacon Hill has some great restaurants and this is a must visit!

Best pizza in Seattle. Always busy so we consistently arrive by 5:15 to ensure we are seated. Margarita pizza is our favorite and we frequent here at least once a week. Dessert is amazing too.

Bar del Corso is wonderful! We sat on their covered patio and started with some apertivo drinks alongside the mussels and escarole salad. I am now obsessed with this salad- perfectly balanced flavors alongside crispy fresh greens. The mussels were super fresh and I loved the fennel and tomatoes in the broth. The Romana pizza followed with added mozzarella di Buffala and omg! This is the perfect pizza IMO- the crust had amazing flavor and the toppings were distributed just so to bring joy in every bite. We finished our meal with the super tender polenta cake and some amaro. It was a perfect meal with great service. Hope to be back soon!

The pizza here was excellent. We had a special for the day, so no guarantee it will be there again but the sausage was flavorful and the potatoes were crispy on the outside soft on inside. The salami pizza is delicious. The dough has great flavor, the sauce is bright, and the salami was just slightly spicy. The Marionberry crostatawas very tasty. The berry mostly covered up any flavor from the frangipane but was still so good I didn't miss it. Also, the servers were attentive but never felt intrusive and didn't miss a beat. They even anticipated our requests a few times and we didn't even have to ask.
