My wife forgot to tell our waiter that she wanted no dressing in her salad. Nevertheless, our waiter graciously took it back and brought a salad with dressing on the side. It was great, with strawberries and pistachios. My red snapper was just great. See photo. It had died naturally, of fish bending
Wow, what a great experience! My husband and I came here to celebrate our anniversary and were blown away by the awesome service, cozy atmosphere, and of course incredible food. Austin was our server and shared so much culinary knowledge and gave us menu suggestions based on our preferences. He was
Spend some time in this restaurant with friends. The menu had some great choices and I went for oysters and a wood-grilled steak. Delicious! Staff was super friendly and provided us a great experience.
Came here for a quick drink at the base of Hotel Theodore. Excellent drinks. I had a superb Jackie Daytona and wife had a The Politician! Bartender was interesting and could have been more engaging since it was just us and 1 other person there.
Had a fantastic time at Rider with my good friends. The food and dining room left a lasting impression on me. The food was delicious! The menu had a good mix of options, from seafood to meat dishes, and everything was expertly prepared. The drinks are interesting and tasty.
A nice option in downtown Seattle. I was hoping to order the fish and chips (based on the reviews online), but instead they are now offering a fried fish sandwich. The fish was tasty, the breading was crispy, and the bun was large and soft but not overwhelming. Fries were shoestring. The crab cake
A truly fantastic meal . Great service. Great ambiance. A really delicious dinner. Will be back! A MUST DO IN TOWN!
Menu is not expansive but what they have is well prepared. Pictured is the hamachi crudo. Oysters were fresh. The only thing we did not enjoy was the duck ragu.
This gem was just across the street from my hotel. Sat at the bar for a couple of drinks and dinner. Patrick & Chris were welcoming and charming. Had the Ceasar salad and the smoked fish dip, both were delicious and my cocktails were superb. I will definitely be back!
My friend and I enjoyed our Thanksgiving dinner at Rider. Our server, Austin, was exceptional. He was charismatic and full of interesting information. We wanted him to sit and have dinner with us! Food and atmosphere were excellent as well.
Came for happy hour & dinner — fantastic cocktails. We had the fried chicken and burger, both were excellent. Also, really enjoyed the flavorful mussels :) Our waitress was Mellanie. She was super attentive and gave great recommendations! We hope next time to get her again.
Stayed at Hotel Theodore for 2 nights in August and used Rider for drinks each evening. Good selection of beers - Hazy IPA and local Pale were both very nice. Great service and really nice atmosphere at the bar chatting with other patrons. Didn’t eat here but the food coming out looked good.
