I love Fainting Goat! They've been a Wallingford staple for years. My absolute favorite flavor is their lemon grisbi gelato but everything else is great too. I also really like the art on display within the shop, which you can purchase. If you're on the fence (or even if you're not), give this place

Reasonably good gelato with the unique goat milk gelato (slight earthy flavor) along with the classics. Decent prices, large portions. The staff on the day we visited seemed to be having a bad day though.

We wanted some cupcakes but trophy ran out of what we wanted. That's okay because we went here instead for a small waffle come with hazelnut and pistachio. The small comes with 2 generous scoops. It's huge! Definitely worth the money and the gelato was delicious. The staff was very nice too.
Great gelato in a laid-back shop. We routinely get pints to take home in addition to the inevitable in-house scoops. Plus, how can you resist a fainting goat?
Great service...the (one and only) wait staff closed late to get us out the door with our gelato. The samples are generous, and the servings are as well. If you thought Molly Moons earl grey was good, try this stuff. Much stronger and flavorful.
Great little shop I enjoyed it! Lovely place to stop for some ice cream. I got the chai gelato and it was amazing! Best chai flavor I've had in ice cream. If you add a scoop of their espresso then it tastes like a dirty chai! Very good, I would definitely go again when in the area.

Such a neat little shop! All the gelato available was rich and creamy with wonderful varied flavors! They have a huge assortment of products they offer along with gelato such as coffee and cakes, and splitting a bowl with a loved one makes it so much sweeter🍦💛

Fantastic variety of flavors! The Gelato was smooth and creamy as it should be. I had a damn fine cappuccino. The staff was so friendly and the atmosphere was charming. I liked all the local art on the walls!
Delicious.. we were brought here by a local friend.. he didn't steer us wrong.. lots of flavors.. very generous portion sizes and delicious gelato... Would absolutely go back.. worth going if you're in the area...
Great little spot with delicious gelato! The tiramisu and caramel were both super flavorful and smooth. We sat outside the front door and enjoyed the weather and treats
This place is the GOAT. My review is biased because BABY GOATS. Support this place. How can you not. Its gelato and other items. I like the Oregon hazelnut a lot. Pear ginger and pistachio. Banana nutella was good too. The staff is friendly. Got a free shirt. But back to GOATS. They had baby goats
Love it here and had the best flavors this time, one was honeycomb and the other was lemon with this shortbread cookie crumble. 🤤🤤🤤🤤
Awesome gelato. Not too sweet, just sweet enough. I got the tiramisu and chocolate, but I sampled the amaretto too— i’ll be getting that next time i visit
