Walking in I was nervous as I had never been here before, but the service I was welcomed with won me over! quick seating and fast service. The ramen was amazing, I will go back for sure! Its a small, cute, hidden lil place above QFC. Glad I decided to stop in!
Hands down the best ramen in Seattle, cozy, and welcoming. The aji tamago (marinated soft boiled egg) is absolutely heavenly and the best I ever had. Order extra you won't regret it!
We do a monthly lunch for Ramen with our team, Ooink was by far the best to date, owner was super cool and very passionate about the eating experience! Highly recommend.
best Ramen in Seattle....gyoza were great too.
we got both the spicy ramen and the miso and both are worth it.
beer on tap was a nice accompaniment.
stuffed, happily.
Passionate staff, great drinks, and the best Ramen around! Local business and comfortable atmosphere.
This place is amazing. I don't write reviews and here I am writing a review for this place. I cannot say enough good things about this resturant. The food, the service, everything was perfect!!!
Wow! One of the best Ramen I've had ever. Best in Seattle! I had the spicy ramen. 3 star spice. Made me sweat!
The food is so good it's almost unbelievable! If I had been able to eat more I would've ordered a second bowl.
Small but excellent ramen shop. They told us the story behind the sign and that the characters together mean noodle. We got to hear the history of ramen as well. Both the Shio and Kotteri ramen were perfect.
Super yummy ramen and great customer service.
We tried the spicy kotteri ramen-- loved it. Rich broth with 2** of hotness was just enough to make it interesting and still have some tastebuds. I'd never had noodles quite that al dente before, but I liked it. I saw how they absorbed more flavor over a few minutes. The pork was fall-apart-tender and very flavorful. I'm hooked.
I LOVED the fresh Gyoza. Wow. So delicious and completely different from those previously frozen things you get elsewhere.
Great service.
My boyfriend and I will definitely go back and have already recommended it to several friends. Best wishes to continued success!
delicious ramen by far and the most amazing gyoza!
Amazing!!!! We get the spicy kotteri ramen every time!
Excellent customer service! Great people. Will definitely be returning.
The food is amazingly flavorful and delicious! The spicy ayam goreng was probably one of the best fried chicken I've ever tasted! The Kotteri ramen was rich and filling! Highly recommend! Parking is typical for Seattle, restaurant is on the smaller side so parties of 6 is the most I would go with, clean bathroom, and the staff is super nice 👍🔥
Came here during my visit to Seattle, the service was great, the broth was also very tasty. Although it doesn’t look like it, there is a bathroom if you go through the little curtain doorway. It definitely feels like you’re about to walk into their kitchen but there is a bathroom there. The restaurant is small and packed with tables and chairs, you can hear every conversation of the staff while you eat but it’s kind of a vibe. Great spot to eat alone if you’re nosey.
Oink is a fun and delicious ramen joint above the qfc on pike and Broadway. The menu isnt very long, but it has all the essential. We got the gyoza, chicken and a variety of ramen bowls (which we ate before getting photos). The chicken was definitely the stand out here for me, but the ramen was pretty good too - especially the one with the numbing pepper. This is a great spot of a night out with friends, since they have a variety of ready to drink options in their fridge. Don't sit near the door in the winter, the draft will hit you.
Got the kotteri ramen. I love garlic and think you can never have too much and this ramen satisfied that. The chashu was meaty and big. The only thing I would have liked was more noodles. I felt the ratio of noodles to meat was heavily meat sided. Overall a good bowl. I'll need to try one without so much garlic to fully taste how good the broth is though.
I finally found it.
The best vegetarian ramen ever.
I've been on the search for the tastiest veg. Ramen but something always falls short: the noodles, the broth etc.
The noodles here however, are perfectly al dente and the ingredients are fresh and paired beautifully with the broth.
Oh and the broth, it's hard to find a more than decent vegetarian broth. Most places have very generic, similar tasting broths, but this one is rich and full of umami. Flavors are just so satisfying.
The portion is not huge, but it is perfect for me.
Will be back!
Really good ramen and house soda! The noodles had a great texture and the broth tasted really nice and deep, not overly salty either like some other ramen places I've been! Easily one of my top ramen places!
The mala ramen and mapo tofu ramen were amazing! The fried chicken was delicious as well! Lovely atmosphere, definitely worth checking out!
Best vegetarian ramen I’ve had in a while! Got the spicy vegetarian ramen, broth very flavorful, good amount of noodles and loved the tofu skin! Front person was very attentive and kind, checking often if everything was ok. Definitely coming back!
Literally the cutest little place, the vibe is amazing, the people who work here are insanely kind, and the food - my god. Probably the best ramen I've ever had in my life. If you have a chance to try it, you must. Truly an amazing experience.
Had the Shoyu ramen & Gyoza. Fast seating and you order through the QR code so your food is brought to your table. The meat is tender, def wish I had more noodles but overall pretty decent. It’s located on top of the QFC, so just a heads up it’s not a street-side.
