We usually go to the "other" fish place on Alki. They're notoriously busy. When we come to West Seattle and head down California, we are usually heading toward Pagliacci....today we decided to try the fish at Seattle Fish Company and we are so glad we did. I'm a fish connoisseur (self-proclaimed! LOL) and I am SUPER picky about cod and how it is cooked. I have never in my life had fish as good as the fish I had today. There's a fine line in cooking cod to perfection, and they hit the mark today. The fish was amazing, fries were too. The chowder is terrific and house-made. We will be back! NUM

We were in West Seattle for the day and ended up driving by Seattle Fish Co. We're all big seafood fans and we were not disappointed! The salmon was so fresh and perfectly cooked. My 15 yo described the crab bisque as the best soup she’s ever had and would eat it every day if possible. We will make the drive over when in Seattle. Totally worth it!

Best scallops I have ever eaten!! (And I’ve had my fair share.) This place is fun, great atmosphere, incredible food. Don’t miss the West Side Poutine. And tell Wade that Shane and Debbie from Texas say hey.

Went there on our last night in town before heading home. Best food we had on our trip! We had the halibut and oysters, pan seared scallops and poutine. Fresh and delicious and their version of poutine was divine. Owner and staff are great. Recommend highly!

I just had the halibut and chips. I used to think Alki Spud had the best fish and chips around here, but not anymore! The batter does not overwhelm the taste of the fish (same goes for their tartar sauce). Great fries...er...I mean chips, too! And the included coleslaw was not too "mayonnaisey," either. I will be back!

I was in Seattle for five days and ate a several wonderful restaurants but this was hands down my favorite meal of the trip. The staff was courteous and accommodating, the relaxed atmosphere made me feel at home, and my oysters were cooked perfectly.

The food here is incredible, super fresh sea food tastes delicious. I ordered the oyster Po boy and was satisfied, the sandwich is now my most favorite sandwich I have ever had. I can't wait to have another. And the oysters are delicious. Never had them before but I became an instant fan! Check them out, I know you won't be disappointed.

Nice market for fish with a counter-order restaurant inside. The fish and chips were excellent, I would highly recommend them. The salmon sandwich was a little underwhelming, felt the bread was a bit too sweet and covered up the taste of the fish. Would definitely come back if looking for a casual lunch in the neighborhood.

Got chowder, bisque, poke cup, and a shrimp po’boy. Everything was delicious. My wife loved their chowder and her poke cup. My shrimp po’boy was delicious, the bread was soft and fries were crispy and perfect. What I can only assume was the owner came out and checked on us and even gave my son a little momento for our trip to Seattle. (Go M’s) Some times the little things really make a place stick out. Will be our first stop next time we are in town.

This restaurant serves great, fresh seafood. Their oysters are always so good, cod, halibut, and clam strips, they are all super fresh. I eat lunch here about every other week, and the food is consistently good. If you like fresh seafood, try the Seattle Fish Company. Oh, and the fries are great too!

We come here to buy fresh fish we can bring back home to Tampa. They have a great selection of seafood and their prices are quite competitive. The owner, John, is very helpful. They pack our fish in a styrofoam container and they put a freezer pack to keep the fish fresh. We are able to put around 11-12 pounds of fish in our box.

My go-to fish place! Whether for a 2-piece cod or some fresh salmon, crab or... To take home. Such nice folks running the place. Love the puget sound map and photos on the wall. Also people watching from the windows seats. Well designed space.

I love this place. It’s a casual joint that serves fresh seafood in both a restaurant and a market, so your needs are covered whether you want a meal or ingredients to cook one yourself. Food is good, prices are reasonable, and they have a happy hour. The market has what you need and the people are knowledgeable and easy-going. We’re lucky to have this place in the neighborhood.

Wow, happily surprised by the quality and size of the Cod and Chips. Big delicious cuts of Cod in a wonderful Panko Bread Coating. Chips were flavorful and plenty of them. Good Tartar too. Coconut Shrimp were good but not award winning like the Cod.

I actually stopped by for Ahi Tuna so I could make poke at home, but then I saw the menu and ordered an Oyster Po'Boy to go. It was incredible. I think I blinked and it was gone 🤣 The Ahi Tuna was great quality, super fresh with even the skin on, but requiring very little trimming. Fish is pretty soft to begin with, but this was falling apart in my mouth. The flavor was perfect. If you're into fish, you can definitely tell the quality of the supply by the taste. A real deep red. Couldn't have been mistaken for pink in any sense. Perfect I would highly recommend, whether you wanted to stop somewhere for quality seafood or if you wanted to buy fresh seafood of a wide variety Another individual ordered a bulk of crab while I was there, and the staff packaged it up in a cooler that they said would last for 48 hours for transit purposes. This is definitely going to be my go-to stop whenever I'm looking to whip up a seafood dish

Ordered fish and chips for pickup online and chose the gluten free option and they called me right away to tell me the breading does have gluten in it. Went to pick it up and the inside was smaller than I expected from the website. The fish was decent and so were the fries and for under $10 the 1 piece fish and chips is good value for a quick meal.

Hidden Gem in West Seattle (Accidental Island) My friend and I stopped in for a late breakfast on Labor Day. Most people would call it lunch even brunch but who has beer for those two meals? (Don’t answer) Anyway, I’ve been for fish and chips which are delicious. Today the fish tacos were grilled ahi. Three for an order and they were ample and delicious. We shared an order of fries which kept a good crisp exterior and nice interior. Two cold beers on tap to wash it all down. Outstanding way to start the last day of a holiday weekend. The service was friendly and helpful. The ambiance is vintage and tasteful in a tacky fisherman sort of way. The fish case isn’t all that impressive but I wasn’t there to buy market fish. If you’re on Accidental Island, then I highly suggest giving this place a try.

Friendly and casual place. Salmon sandwiches's salmon was little heavily salted for my taste. I usually OK for salty taste, I grew up northern snowy place. Volume is good, taste was OK. We might need to ask "lightly salt" for next time.

Food delicious, clam chowder a little salty for my taste but good! Fish and fries were light, fresh and tasty. My only regret was: No catfish but i was told they would order some in upon request.

Enjoyed the Cod fish and chips and a bowl of chowder. Both some of the best I have had. Sat out front on the patio. Order at the counter and they serve your food to your table. Local craft beer on tap.
