Rumba Rum Bar is always a great place to start a pub crawl. The Tiki atmosphere and and strong drinks will certainly get the party started. If you have an interest in hard to find rums, then this is the place for you! Boasting the 2nd largest collection of rum in the United States, the knowledgeable bartenders can guide you thtough a tasting of rums from around the world. I have been there several times and have always received excellent service from the friendly staff.
Rumba is on point. The food last night was supurb, Toshi the bartender definitely made the evening interesting and entertaining and everything he recommended and made for us was fantastic. And I can't say enough great things about Ali the waitress she was fast, efficient and super friendly with great personal recommendations for drinks to try. I absolutely love Rhumba.
The bartender was very cool! My wife and I aren't usually rum drinkers but he suggested some stiff drinks for us and they were served in fun Tiki glasses. As we were leaving he gave us some delicious carbonated rum drink shots for the road. We had a great experience at Rumba!
If you like rum, this is the place! Try the arak punch and if you like to attract attention, order a chi chi. Caution is advised! Our new favorite place for tiki. Shout out to Tiki Zach and Jason. We will be back!
This bar is fantastic. I felt very transported from the rain to a tropical oasis. The staff is helpful and knowledgeable in all rum related questions. I decided to take the challenge to try 60 rums from different countries and I'm excited! Needless to say I'll be back when I need a little sunshine in a glass! �
What a treat! Drinks at Rumba after an incredible meal at Tango next door! The Laser Pina Colada was not only amazing to drink but so fun to look at too!! Tried the fresh coconut water too and it was amazing! Great service, Great company and Great drinks!!

Love Rumba. We keep going back to try other drinks and they are all very good. The woman bartender is very knowledgeable and friendly. Despite being busy fixing drinks for the tiki night on Wednesday, she managed to carry on a conversation with us and gave us a few tips on rum drinks.

Very nice place with a great collection of rums and highly knowledgable service to go with. The drinks are well crafted, and thankfully, there wasn't a frozen drink dispencer anywhere.
Some of the best service and interaction I've had at a restaurant in a while. The indirect lighting, colors, attention to details and rustic atmosphere is a nice invitation to come. The food was absolutely delicious. The empanadas were flaky and well seasoned on the filling without being too much. House made hot sauces were nice on heat and balanced. The shrimp taco was really well balanced. There was a lot of flavor without it having too much bite with garlic or pineapple. I would have liked more of that flavor though. The mixed drinks were ok, nothing special, but better than dinner pours in the area. There's not much in the way of beers here, and they are poured from a can to a glass. I'll be thinking about those empanadas though... They were just really good and other than a small menu, I couldn't see bringing anyone here as going wrong.
We came here for a night out with friends. Incredible food and drinks. Phenomenal rum selection. The service could be improved, but the environment was charming and comfortable. We'll be back here next time we visit Seattle!
I don’t even know how to describe the experience we had here. It was great. Servers knew everything and had great recommendations. Drinks were amazing. I even had one that I didn’t like due to my own personal tastes, but it was still an amazing drink. That’s how good they are!!
Phenomenal little spot! Inside Passage is an awesome Tiki getaway without the expensive airfare. The Spam Sliders were just as I hoped! Drinks are well crafted and delicious.
Excellent food and drinks! Really inventive menu and the food is incredibly filling and delicious (if a bit oily). Highly recommend getting a reservation though as it's a small venue and always packed. Will be back for sure!
Great atmosphere. We ate at Inside Passage. Specialty drinks were good that we had . One eye Willy and I had the one in Rainier Pounder can. Rumba burger was really good and the scallop, and calamari and onion and a creamy sauce like coleslaw served with plantain salted chips. Which was also great. Great Service.
Amazing time here! The aesthetics and atmosphere was to DIE for!! Pirates of the Caribbean meets 1950s tropical meets moody upscale. The mocktail “for the halabas” was incredible. I didn’t feel like I was just drinking a sugary juice like most mocktails. It was elevated and even had a hint of alcohol taste due to the alcohol free sparkling wine. It was so refreshing. The staff was also extremely knowledgeable when helping us out with choosing rums for a flight that we hadn’t familiarized ourselves with. Their food menu is quite extensive as well and although we didn’t order any food, the patrons around us who had items delivered left us drooling and wishing we hadn’t eaten dinner before coming!! 10/10 I will absolutely be back again!

I went to have some drinks and food with my friends and the service was more than great.
Two of my friends didn't like their drinks and the waiter changed them without any question. I also asked the kitchen to change a dish to make it vegan and they were happy to do my request.

Nice place for drink after visiting Paramount and late night snacks. Cool option to have Caribbean food. We enjoy fresh fried plantains but didn’t come out hot as we would have like, and the tacos were good but like any other tacos. Staff was great and place had a neat vibe, but note we don’t go out to bars often, at all but when there is food option, makes it enjoyable!
I didn't have food, just a few cocktails with a friend. The bar staff were great, the cider was delicious, but my mixed drinks were a bit strong and tasted like they were not made with good quality alcohol. I'm not sure if this is a one-off case because it was my first visit. The place seems pretty cool for a get together .
My friends and I visited Rumba where we sat at the bar for several rounds of drinks. The cocktails were fantastic and the service was top-notch. We enjoyed ourselves and would highly recommend visiting them if you’re in the area. You’ll want to get there early (as we did) and may also want to consider making reservations because at opening time, there was already a line outside to get in.

I brought my family here this past weekend after coming here a few months ago before the Moulin Rouge show. They have great rum drinks and the best ambiance! It’s just such a fun vibe and I would absolutely take my friends here when they come to visit. I highly recommend making reservations if you can, it can get pretty busy. I’d also recommend the plantain chips with guacamole. I’m looking forward to trying more of their drinks and small plates in the future.
Amazing bartenders and food. Try the mushroom tacos...I know it sounds weird but you won't regret it Josh made our night and he's so knowledgeable. Come here and have a good time!
Great food and lively vibe. The mushroom taco is flawless. The empanadas with the hot sauce are delicious; very buttery and flaky pastry. The bananas with ice cream are good, however there's barely enough ice cream to sweeten the amount of bananas they give. The 'no cigars' rum flight is smooth and diverse. They could easily veganise the taco and empanada, without compromising on flavor, so I hope they do that in the future!

This is definitely a great spot. Great drinks the food snacks. Especially the sliders and empanadas. I'm west Indian and they taste good like Caribbean food for real. And they have literally every type of rum. Definitely one of my new favorite spots. Go check em out
