Tai Tung - Seattle - Photo album

This an old school Chinese restaurant with good food. Their dishes taste authentic and were served nice and hot! There are pictures of Bruce Lee in the restaurant. Apparently, he frequently dined here, which was cool to find out. Their hot and sour was the best.
This food was the freshest most delicious Chinese food I've had in a long while. They also had my favorite dish, tomato beef chow mien, which I haven't been able to find in other areas. The service was great even if they were short-staffed. They had a busy restaurant and we still felt paid attention
Cute authentic place. Different smell when you walk in. Staff was super kind. Portions are HUGE. Not a ton of flavor but good. I felt bad we wasted a lot of food and could’ve fed someone in need. Think family style when ordering, not individual portions. Prices were good
This was our first time here. This is the oldest chi ese restaurant in seattle, and wow! I didn't know that so many celebrities came here, including Bruce Lee his daughter Shannon and wife Linda. Apparently, Bruce use to come here a lot. It was amazing to see and eat in a great piece of history. The
Large party please make a reservation. First, this was an amazing experience. Second, Hello Bruce Lee ate here Third, highly recommend what he ate 4th totally fast service E: the best Chinese food I've had in years and years!
We went to the oldest running Chinese restaurant in the Seattle area on this trip. This place just so happened to be one of the world's most famous martial artists, favorite eatery. The food was really delicious and the service was nice. We were seated with a warm tea and immediately started with a
Met up with a group of friends before an event. Didn’t wait too long for a table. They were also very accommodating to the fact that some of our friends were arriving late and willing to let us hold off on ordering. Once we did, it was a delicious feast of various dishes that were all savory, flavor
Wonderful Chinese restaurant full of character and charm. The menu is extensive and the food is full of flavour. The staff were really friendly and told us all about the history of the restaurant - it’s a real institution in Seattle and it felt special to be able to experience it!
Wow! Felt a little out of our element when we first walked in but everyone was so welcoming and thoughtful! The food!!! My husband enhaled the bok choy in the wonton soup—very bright and fresh flavors. The crab cheese wontons were the next I’ve ever had. The pot stickers and sweet and sour chicken w
Let’s not be mistaken. This is American-style Chinese food. Having said that, Chinese cuisine does evolve and adapt rigorously to suit ‘local’ taste buds. Being the pioneer and the oldest in town comes with the benefit of knowing what your non-Chinese clientele prefers - like portions (Big!), taste
Oldest Chinese restaurant in Seattle! Don’t know why it took us so long to visit. Service was really good, restaurant is typical old Chinese restaurant vibe with a familiar musky smell :) food was decent, the Peking duck was actually great, so was the chicken wings (we tried the tai tung wings which
What’s not to love here. A Seattle classic! Bruce Lee’s favorite restaurant. It’s my must visit dining stop every time I visit your wonderful city. I love the hot and sour soup, potstickers, and the spicy 🌶️ chicken.
Amazing spot, definitely recommend. Foods great, tables aren't on top of each other, reasonable prices, and you know it's all fresh. Peking duck (photo) was amazing, so was the beef chow fun..will 100% go back again to try moe
Very tasty restaurant in Chinatown. Food came out fast and the staff was very attentive. The beef chow fun, pea vines, and honey walnut shrimp are a must try at Tai Tung. Good portion size + prices.
I haven't been here for some time. The place still has its rustic charm. I ordered my usual, House special chow mein and fried rice. Also, oyster beef and chicken wings. Great savory taste with the wok hei flavor. Chicken wings had the lightly floured crispy crunch and juicy meat. Not oily. I
Good food. The sweet and sour shrimp was really good. And the garlic broccoli. The food came out really quickly. And the place has a very vintage feel.
I had the pork chop suey. It could’ve used some more pork on the plate. The vegetables were nicely sautéed and the sauce was delicious. They give you pot of complimentary tea.
