Went here for our 1 year wedding anniversary and had such a great experience! It was very romantic and the food was absolutely amazing! The Groupon doesn't cover dessert (chocolate choices), but trust me - get dessert because it's the best part of the night's course! Also, our waitress Kal, was exceptional! She made the night that much better! Highly recommend this place for a special occasion.

My first time fondue. The menu is pretty complicated, as the waitress said, but she was very patient and explained very well to us. We ordered a four-course experience, which includes a starter, a salad, an entree and a dessert, $55. It is generally enough for a couple. We added a salad (around $9) as suggested and it was good. The starter is bread and veggies with melted cheese pot, entree is boiling soup with five kinds of meat (2-3 pieces each, contains pork, shrimp, chicken, beef and steak), and dessert is cakes with melted chocolate. The taste was generally good and meat was is good quality. They added white wine to the melted cheese in starter, and I feel that was a little too much wine to me. Dessert was a nice try, would be better if the cakes are not that sweet itself (since you have melted chocolate to dip with). The experience was good in general.d

If you like cheese at all, always get the double order of cheese or you'll be left wanting. Don't take children that touch hot stuff. It's always a good time with semi private booths. I recommend the 3 course meal for 2 if it's available. Also, tell them it's a special occasion when you make reservations and they offer rose pedal service and more. Fondue!!! Love it.

Food was tasty and the service was good. Really enjoyed the first course (the alpine, classic gruyere fondue with an assortment of dip-ables). Also got the steak platter, caesar salad, and milk chocolate dessert fondue. Total meal time was about 2.5 hours, so give yourself lots of time. The 4 course meal was little pricey, but we had a great time. Left very full and happy!

Beautiful and delicious fondue nested in the heart of Seattle. Our server, Kavdi greeted us with a warm smile and had helpful recommendations. Would recommend for any date setting or family gathering for entertainment purposes. Expect roughly $100 per person when the evening ends.

Very good customer service, our waitress was extremely friendly and helpful. Amazing food as always, expensive but very worth every penny. Waitress immediately asked about food allergies. Highly recommend.

I always leave stuffed! You pick what you want to cook your food in, you cook your food, you are in charge of how your food tastes with additional dips for your entrees. The cajun filet and teriyaki sirloin are so good! Be sure you join their fondue club to get 6 free chocolate dipped strawberries!! Great place for celebrating too! I suggest booking online in advance. I gave it a 4 because If you are going to the Seattle one to leave enough time to park and hope that there is no event going on at the Key or McCaw hall or you pay the event parking fees of up to $30!

Louisa was our server and was incredibly knowledgeable and personable. Great sense of humour. Austin was the bartender and immediately knew what was up when we walked in early for the reservation. Patrick and Adam were host and management, were gracious, helpful and friendly. Highly recommended

Started with the Wisconsin cheese melt and finished with the turtle chocolate melt. It was a fun and tasty experience. Fun family night out.

Unfortunately, I was reminiscing of a particular fondue place in France when I went to The Melting Pot, so needless to say my expectations were high. They were good, but not French fondue good. Large menu. Great service.

So good! But very spendy and packed. Make sure you make a reservation. We didn't but still got to sit at the bar and try some of the side dishes. And it was happy hour so all the bar dishes were half off! We tried the prosciutto and asparagus dish which was amazing and the yin and yang chocolate dish that was mouth watering!!! It was a great teaser. We'll definitely be back for the four course experience!
