We've enjoyed Veraci since they just would bring their oven on a trailer to local farmer's markets. The flavors are fantastic and driven by high quality ingredients. The sauce is delightful...make sure your pizza has red sauce, or you're missing out. I've only encountered friendly folks working at Veraci. It's a great neighborhood pizza and, in my estimation, one of the best in Seattle.

We built our own pizza here and ate outside at one of their tables. The wood-fire pizza was excellent. Thin crust and spices that were the perfect blend made this pizza delicious. We appreciated the location a short drive from the zoo, the ability to park right there, and a pizza that was prepared in just ten minutes. I would recommend this to anyone. Many people picked up take out while we were there. Polite and helpful staff!

We've enjoyed their pizzas for years at the Bellevue Farmers Market. Now that we're all grown up we had a chance to try it again recently and it was just as good as we remember. Really fresh tasting ingredients, creative combinations, and all Wood Fired right there.

Wow - everything about this place is so unassuming except for the pizza! I had driven past it countless times, but never thought to stop in. Big mistake! This is the best pizza I’d had in Seattle, and I’d been to all the trendy spots. It's thin crust and big on flavor - great cheeses, meats, creative flavor combinations, perfectly cooked. Everything was great and the take-out experience took less than 15 mins after ordering in person. We'll be back... SOON!!

Great pizza- thin crust, fresh ingredients, great flavors. Recommend for pick-up/delivery (using Caviar!) as ambiance of the restaurant is a bit underwhelming. Unfortunately when I was there, a staff member was swearing and complaining about his job very loudly.... made for an uncomfortable situation.

First of all, I loved seeing that this place was being run by 3 women since I feel pizza places can tend to be male-dominated. I definitely want to come back when they're making their giant slices, but since there were none available when I went, they made me a medium in FIVE MINUTES! Their beast of an oven leaves a smokey taste on the crispy crust which melds into the cheese and then the pop of tomato sauce and herbs hits the tongue, creating a delicious medley. We easily ate the whole pizza before we even made it home.

Ordered 10 pizzas and several salads for a family birthday party. Guests loved the food. Quality ingredients and the perfect crust.

The pepperoni pizza was absolutely delicious - the one thing missing from the experience was, music! I’d recommend background music for guests to enjoy whilst eating their delicious pizza!

Pizzas made great most of the time but sometimes it seem that they just toss the stuff in without actually caring about how the pizza will be enjoyed by the customer. Like this pizza. One of the half barely has mushrooms. Maybe they were just busy(they weren’t. Eight people were working). But seriously my favorite pizza in Ballard. This ‘za is mushroom/florentine.

Well the pizza is delicious, the service is good, they also have draft beer. Only downside is the floors are super dirty, the seating is small and the location is right by the main road so outside seeting is facing moving traffic.

Tasty wood-fired oven pizzas that you can order by the slice. It may seem expensive at first, but each slice is fairly large verging on 2 slices. Highly recommend the 3 cheese slice. Pleasant neighborhood find.

We ended up here on accident, and what a happy accident it was! The pizza is so delicious and you get to cut it with PIZZA SCISSORS! SO FUN. for dessert we got a gigantic Nutella and strawberry calzone and OMG. YES! Staff was super nice. Great experience for sure! I'll be back.

Sauce makes pizza, and their sauce is top notch. Fantastic prosciutto cut lunch meat thick instead of paper thin. Outrageous pizza.

I've lived in Seattle for the better part of a year and a half and one of the things I've missed about the east coast is the pizza. Try as they might, I've found very few Seattle pizzerias that can hold their weight against anything from east of the Mississippi. Veraci Pizza is the exception, and man is it a great exception. Crispy crusts and fresh Italian meats are the heart of what makes this place great, and the gelato selection makes for a fantastic secret weapon that makes this place the best 1-2 punch for pizza and dessert in Ballard.

This pizza is really good. And if you pay attention to the ingredients, you'll see they use "top shelf" brands for like cheese and meats!! We dig the Pesto chicken pizza!

Pizza has always been good, but the atmosphere of the restaurant and store location are harsh. We always get orders to go. A Couple of cookie sheets in a hot oven before pick up ensures the crust isn't soggy in 5 minutes, just enough time to open some vino.

Stopped in for a slice and a coke on a bike ride. Massive slice, really tasty, good value, excellent service. It’s really exactly what you want when stopping at a pizza by the slice place.
