Tarzan I Jane - Seattle - Photo album

This is an amazing experience led by a Valencian husband and wife chef / owner duo. The Paella brunch experience is one definitely worth remembering. This five course menu is centered around an open fire roasted paella for your guests to share. The Valencian chef combines his hometown experiences wi
Right next to Frelard pizza, this cozy space is a culinary adventure and a treat. Definitely plan to show up right on time, because this entire meal is orchestrated and complex, and you don't want to miss a second. We had over 12 courses, starting with the more filling and savory dishes and ending w

One of the most unique, memorable dining experiences of my life. From the chef's table, you sit looking into the kitchen where everything is prepared. All cooking is over a wood fire. The staff a very attentive and each course is presented in a choreographed movement. Each course is presented though
The food and entire experience was incredible. The paella is cooked over an open flame, appetizers are incredible.
