Sawyer - Seattle - Photo album

Sawyer is one of the BEST restaurants in Seattle!! I dined here in July 2022, and every part of the experience was AMAZING! The menu was creative and delicious, seamlessly integrating seasonal ingredients artistically with bold flavors and beautiful plating. We ordered the iconic pork buns which wer
Sorry, but I'm gonna have to jump on the Sawyer Ballard bandwagon! The food was AWESOME and the servers were so friendly and good. Be warned ⚠️: the portions are on the healthy side but you still should try as many dishes as you can. For the quality of food and preparation, the prices are more t
You can’t go wrong with any of the items on their brunch menu. Whatever we ordered tasted great. We got the banana foster pancakes (super fluffy and the whipped cream that came with it was just amazing), brunch potatoes and the brunchwrap. Their portion size is on the larger side but I have zero com
Love it! Wow what unique dishes! Great service too! We had April and she was a doll! We did a mocktail and a cocktail, and a few appetizers. Amazing! You will need reservations!
This place was amazing! My parents and I definitely ordered too much but there were so many good options! The waiter was very accommodating and honestly hilarious. The portions are huge so he helped give us half orders for some and it was still too much. I would definitely recommend going and make s
The restaurant week menu is relatively fine in value, the dessert is added as free if goes with it. But we have the flexibility to order the regular menu at the same time. Citrus salad - 5 - refresh and balanced flavors. Crispy shrimp Musubi - 5 - a little salty on the seaweed wrap, but balanced w
Amazing service. Came here for an early Sunday brunch and literally everything was delicious and came out at the perfect timing. The creamy chicken adobo was out of this world (so soft, and the sauce was sooo good I still think about it) and pork baos were my favorite, but there wasn't a dish I didn
coincidentally dropped in during restaurant week (not intentional), service was great (no reservation, gave me an outdoor table per request on a busy evening). 4 dishes (2 apps, 1 entree, 1 dessert), i have a big appetite so that was enough but not too much, which says something about portions. tre
Great Ballard restaurant with warm warehouse vibes and a menu with a wide range of food for everyone to share. The space for the restaurant is easily the most readily apparent plus to this restaurant. Large ceilings with exposed pipes and breathing room for elbows at tables summarizes this benefit t
My fav brunch spot in Seattle! The food is delicious and very generous portion. Highly recommend rotisserie chicken salad. Coffee is on the sour side though I’m not a fan…
In the heart of Ballard a really nice find of a restaurant. and they did a great job of creating a truly outdoor space for dining with plenty of heat lamps to make it comfortable. Cocktails / beer were great as were the delicious pork belly steam buns and house salad. We all had burgers for our m
Got to the restaurant an hour early for our reservation and grabbed a seat at the bar. Had a few cocktails and the rockfish ceviche to hold us over. The only disappointing thing about the evening was the ceviche. It was a little too chewy and not as flavorful as we had hoped. The rest of the menu w
We came for restaurant month and the food was great. Had someone next to us who talked very loudly the entire time but hey, the food made up for it. I do know her entire life story now however. The cocktail menu is lackluster. I'm not a picky drinker but nothing peaked my fancy so I just ordered a
There aren't many good options for comfort food with a Southern flair, but Sawyer helps fill in that gap. We ordered the Chicken Fried Steak Steam Buns, Blackend Fish Sandwich, and Cornbread Skillet. The Steamed Buns were good, but the name is somewhat misleading, it's fried steak perhaps in chicken
Innovative and super tasty food. The pork buns and salmon were great. The rest very very good. Perfect for sharing small plates. And according to my Facebook comments, meets the plating standards of my pretentious Aussie mate Tim. So must be good 😉
Been wanting to visit, and I finally did! Small selection of menu but they were on point! Pork bao just surprised us, so juicy and bun was so soft. Crab 🦀 donuts were refreshing thanks to the apple salad! Steak was sooo good, wish they have a side order for duck fat tator tots. Chocolate tacos were
Tried the restaurant week dinner menu. It was pretty good. Good presentation and interesting mix of flavors. Our waiter,Avery was amazing!! He was very attentive and hilarious! Wish the wine list was longer though.
Amazing food and location, the whole restaurant is modern but still rustic and comfy. Accommodations for COVID are in place and outdoor seating has heaters. The pork belly buns are best I've ever had and th porchetta is amazing. The Quatro Leche was amazing for dessert. Props to Avery he was the bes
Went for brunch and it was quite good. We opted for the banana bread with foie gras mousse and it was delicious. The menu items are unique and thoughtfully executed. We will definitely be back to try more of the menu next time.
