10/10 Service. 9/10 Food. Im 100% coming back whenever I want sushi. From when you walk in you’re greeted. They’re busy because it’s good but they also only had one waiter so I understand a slow response. That’s acceptable but although they may be slow they’re responsive and super helpful. The waite
Overall it is good! If you are able to make it for happy hour, highly recommend for Happy 5 Salmon or Tuna Nigiri. They are really good! Unfortunately they don’t have draft beer.
It’s very welcoming as the chef and servers are kind and attentive! Not a fancy type of place, but they offer bar seating and tables. We had tuna sushi set, super bad boy, bad girl, and chicken bites. We really liked the bad boy and girl dishes :) Also, we’re treated with a free appetizer by the own
Wow another sushi restaurant I can add to my list of favorite sushi places I’ve been to. When walking inside I was impressed how nice the restaurant looked. We were quickly seated and luckily made it before I got busy on a Friday night. Some of us got the cider and it was pretty good as I had a hint
Absolutely phenomenal sushi spot in Ballard. I ended up going three times during my stay in Seattle. I tried two other sushi bars and they didn't even come close (one was just up the street). The fish selection was great and very fresh, the rolls were inventive and exceptionally tasty and the servic
Convenient location just off of Market and Leary with lots of street parking. Super clean and modern interior and decor with both table and sushi bar seating. A good spot for yourself or a large group. TVs in both the bar and dining room visible from most tables. Full bar including sake, beer, wine,
This is by far one of our favorite sushi places in Seattle. We have been here at least 20 times and the food is always great. The service is sometimes inconsistent. After being away from Seattle for six months traveling around South America and Europe we were looking forward to eating at Billy Beach
Billy Beach is my go to sushi place. It is a little pricey but I really love the staff and how laid back the atmosphere is. Your food comes out pretty quickly and it always tastes amazing. I'm a big fan of their tataki
Excellent environment in downtown Ballard. Fresh Japanese-Mexican fusion with unique rolls, stunning sashimi and great service. Food speaks for itself.
My favorite sushi spot in north Seattle hands down! Best calamari, rolls, and service whether it’s dining in or for take out is always A+
Fantastic service and very fresh sushi! I sat at the sushi bar and the server was incredibly helpful. They are very gluten knowledge, one of the sushi chefs told me that tobiko (the orange fish eggs added on top of specialty rolls) are actually soaked in soy sauce and contain gluten. It's never hear
What a amazing night! Great atmosphere, we ordered the omakase -the Sushi Chef Yoshi made each sushi with such amazing flavor. We will be back again. We tried the Billy Beach Sake that was smooth and a little hint of sweetness - I have never tasted sake like that! Great experience, staff was friend
Billy Beach has one of the best happy hours in Seattle timewise, which is their lunch menu, too. This is my go to place for reasonably priced sushi. I always order at least either the Super Bad Boy, Ballard Crunch, or Bad Brother. They can be a hit or miss though, if they have too much cream cheese
Great service, quality food, and an environment that will make anyone feel welcome, prices are fair, and the quality of the food certianly justifies the price, I shall be coming back when im in the area!
Regarding sushi in the Ballard neighborhood, there are few options, let alone good ones. Billy Beach Sushi & Bar stands tall above the rest. The food was excellent, and it is one of the few restaurants I've been to in Seattle that offers pressed oshi-zushi. The quality of the fish was high, and the
We slammed all kinds of rolls and sashimi. Great selection and fresh fish. Attentive wait staff and pretty quick between orders. I'd recommend.
This was such a cute little sushi bar. The service was amazing and our waitress , Lilly, was super friendly and accommodating. Happy hour menu was great and very convenient. The food was delicious. Highly recommend coming here.
