The Boat restaurant in Seattle offers Vietnamese cuisine. Parking can be a challenge due to the restaurant's small size on a boat, but the staff, despite being busy, are kind and patient. I particularly enjoyed the chicken with rice, salad, and the delicious pho soup. While the pandan tea was just okay for me, it's worth a try! Give it a shot!

No frills garlic fried chicken noodle shop. They only have two items on the menu: garlic chicken and waffles. The garlic fried chicken was well seasoned, crispy and juicy and the egg noodle soup savory! The pineapple waffle was the highlight at the end. Highly recommend!

The waffles were light, crispy, not too sweet. The chicken flavorful. Its a must. The coconut cloud cafe sua da was truly awesome.

When you only really do one thing you better do it well. And this place succeeds at that. Garlic chicken is amazing. Not something I would usually order but I had heard such great things about the reopening of The Boat that we had to try it. It's a bit pricey but the chicken is delicious. I wasn't a huge fan of the rice so will probably try the egg noodle soup with the chicken next time. I forget the drink name but it was a grassy coconut drink and tasted like it was described. Not my thing, which is why I didn't order it, but wife loved it. Waffles were a delicious way to end the meal and worth coming here for them alone. Got the half/half waffles so we could try both. Both were delicious and the cream? mmmmm....

Wow I’m so glad I tried this place! I loved the flavors of the dishes we got. The garlic taste of the chicken was my favorite, super juicy and wasn’t dry at all or too tender. The chicken had lots of bone so I had a lot of rice left over. The soup and salad with the plate complimented well. The waffles were tasty, I liked the pink one a bit more but I recommend getting half and half. The coffee was super good too, used the same dip as the waffles. The only reason I’m giving a 4/5 is that the food took almost 40 mins to come out.

I was a bit reluctant going to restaurant since they only have one main dish, the grill chicken. But they don’t disappoint, the chicken is probably the best com ga I’ve tried, crispy on the outside but still moist and tender inside. Their waffle dessert was also very good.

This place has a simple menu. You come here to order either egg noodle or rice with garlic fried chicken. The chicken is juicy and delicious. The soup is basically just Pho broth. They share the same parking with Pho Bac, so don’t hesitate to park there.

I give the chicken and the pineapple waffles a 10/10. Next time I go, that’s all I’m going to order. The chicken is FANTASTIC and mind blowing. The pineapple waffle is so texturally unique and perfectly sweet. I will agree with another reviewer, service is a bit slower than normal restaurants - it could be a culture thing though. The sides/soups that come with the chicken are lack luster and wouldn’t be the driving factor for me to come back though.

Just a really great hole in a boat. Food had excellent texture, flavor, and portioning. The meal was extremely balanced with a nice warm broth soup, seasoned rice, acidic chrysanthemum salad, and well fried chicken. The garlic was so perfectly fried there was an even color across everything. The seating is optimal for small groups and because of the size, there was enough space for private groups to have nice conversations. Very nice lighting and generally a cute vibe with Viet pop playing in the back.

Came here for lunch for a party of 4, and luckily didn’t need to wait too long or need reservations. I got worried when I saw their sister restaurant next door with a line out the door. The menu is short and sweet, which means they super specialize in what they make so you couldn’t go wrong. My husband and I each got their two different dishes - one noodles and one rice. The chicken was amazingly crispy and tasty - even a hint of sweetness to it. The noodles lacked flavor but the chicken made up for it. I also really like their waffles - go for the half pink and half pandan! The pink pineapple was sweet and unique since I’ve never had Vietnamese waffles with pineapple bits! The coconut cream goes well with it too. Definitely recommend and will have to try their pho next door next time :) $111 for 4 dishes and a dessert (including taxes). Service was also quick and friendly!

Fried chicken and rice was delicious. Pandan waffles are a must get. Would’ve rated this place 5 stars if it wasn’t for this mysterious plastic piece (that I choked on) - it was in the coconut cloud that came with the waffles.

Awesome place! Would put this at about a 4.3 the chicken is cooked amazingly and the garlic seasoning is extremely flavorful, rice left a bit to be desired and the broth was your generic broth, I don't know the recipe but it taste like msg pho broth. Definitely come try the chicken!

FOR GARLIC LOVERS!!!! Omg I haven’t stopped thinking about this place since I had it. Two things on the menu and I see why…one of the best chickens I’ve ever had in my life.
