If you want any amount of challenging heat you need to go for Nashville hot, which is pretty hot. Seattle hot is a little inconsistent with the heat level, and the baby hot is so mild I literally fed it to my 11 month old baby and she was fine. The food here is good. The wait staff is very attentive and are very quick to bring out your items and your drinks. I got the chicken sandwich with a side of mac and cheese; the chicken was breaded nicely and the Mac and cheese was good for PNW, but doesn't compare to what you'd get in Nashville.
Ordered takeout tenders today and pick up was quick. The tenders were HUGE! Between 2-3 times the size of any other restaurant tenders.
