2023 Update: We have had new management come in and they are SO ON TOP OF IT! It is very refreshing. Everything is taken care of and they have added some steps to make the place safer and fix up some broken items (garage door, community BBQ.. so on). Great location, it has parking (although its the standard Seattle tight spots), no issues with stolen packages, cell phone service isn't great with in the concrete box, spaces get cleaned every day if not every other day, and its dog friendly. New management in 2022. They fixed our elevator after 2 .5 months but progress updates were few. Still waiting on our washing machine to be fixed since the day we moved in 4 months ago but hopefully that will magically get settled soon!

Nicole is awesome, one of the best property managers I had! She is one of the main reasons I keep renewing my lease. She always replies to maintenance requests promptly and gets things fixed right away. She also goes above and beyond to help her tenants. Also, cannot beat the amazing location of this apartment. It is nestled in the residential part of capitol hill near volunteer park and the arboretum, right above Hello Robin 😊 Short walk to Broadway and 15th Ave. The apartments are spacious, modern and filled with light. All units come with floor to ceiling windows!

We lived in Seattle for a year at 19th and Mercer and loved it. We would’ve stayed there if it weren’t for a job relocation out of state. The apartment itself was beautiful and quiet. Nicole the manager was so great to work with. We really miss her and have never liked a manager so much. She was super responsive and professional at all times and took care of any issues right away. She was also just a really nice person and organized some fun building activities before covid. Robert who is in charge of maintenance was also great. Anything that needed to get taken care of did in a timely manner. Robert was also super nice and easy to work with. The neighborhood itself is fantastic. We’d highly recommend 19th and Mercer.

I’ve lived at this building since August 2014 and my how the neighborhood has changed! New buildings popping up all over the place. Since living here, management has changed a few times and I cannot say enough good things about the current property manager and maintenance staff. They are truly a great team and are so kind to the tenants. Since covid, they’ve kept the building extremely clean and installed hand sanitizer stations and implemented other measures to keep tenants safe. The maintenance staff is easy to work with and will go above and beyond to make sure things work correctly and get installed / fixed with speed and quality. We’ve had some issues with our appliances, but the process for getting them reviewed was seamless (you can pay rent, request maintenance from their app). I highly recommend living here if you’re new to Seattle, especially if you love the city life but want a quieter neighborhood that is still close to all the great attractions.

We are so happy to have Kyle as our property Manager. He is on it, responds to emails/calls right away, gets stuff done and 19th & Mercer looks like it should. You are awesome. Thank you

The apartments are in an amazing location. Walkable to volunteer park, Madison Valley, Interlaken Park for recreation. Also walkable to Trader Joe's on Madison and many good restaurants on 15th. Nicole, the property manager, is super helpful, always available for any help. The apartments themselves are clean, spacious with a lots of lights.
