Came to celebrate our wedding anniversary. Cory/Corrie and Fabio were fantastic (thanks from the Canadians!) in terms of service and general pleasantries. Lovely atmosphere, good food and delicious piscos! Great night out - thanks Pink Salt crew for a lovely evening.

Are you looking for a date-night kind of place with a relaxed atmosphere? This is a great pick. I loved the combination of well-thought decor and lighting. The service is truly perfect, both Manny and Fabio were great during our visit. The food is quite yummy but I felt I was missing something in the flavors. It might just be that I expected this place to taste like Mexican food and it was my first time having Peruvian food. We had the coconut prawns which were very tasty but also kind of basic. We also had the octopus and that was just below the average of octopus I’ve had elsewhere. The lomo salteado was really good and the sides it came with were tasty. Sadly we didn’t have the ceviches which is apparently the main thing here, we’ll try them next time. Can’t fault the place for a single thing other than the food being “just good”. My wife and I really liked it.

This has amazing food, drinks and atmosphere. I would give the full 5 stars but it is a little high priced for the quality of the food.

We came here for restaurant week on a Saturday only to find out they don’t participate in restaurant week during the weekend. So that was very disappointing. The service was excellent and the food was okay. I felt like the food left a lot to be desired in terms of flavor and Peruvian influence. My beef dish offered “potatoes” on the side, but they were just basic russet fries. I would’ve appreciated Peruvian potatoes since they are so notorious for their multiple varieties. I suppose this is their missed opportunity. Overall everything just seemed okay, but not amazing. I expected more for the price.

Service is excellent! Cute little spot in Magnolia neighborhood with indoor and patio seating. Delicious cocktails! We had the lamb shank and the smoked sea bass with a starter of the cerviche The deserts were the reason for 4 stars. Just a little off. Will visit again!

Upon walking in, we were greeted by a soft atmosphere with candlelight and Central American music playing at low volume. We were able to be seated immediately at 6pm on a Friday with no reservation! My partner ordered a Pisco Sour, which like everything ordered, had a beautiful presentation and a llama carefully carved into its froth, and I tried their Malbec. This restaurant might have the best plating in Seattle! For entradas, we ordered the ceviche Nikkei and Causa Nikkei. The ahi tuna was sushi grade and both dishes tasted SO refreshing. We were delighted by the presentation, it looked too beautiful to eat! For dinner, we tried the Cordero Pachamanquero, which also came with a side of rice. The highlight of the dish was the exquisite broth and the lamb was cooked to perfection. We also tried the Pesto Risotto with tenderloin, we recommend trying each bite with a tomato! Both dishes were as delicious as they looked! The main course followed the appetizer at the perfect pace, and we had plenty to take home with us. As we were running late to our show, we did not have time for dessert, which was heartbreaking. We will be back next time for Tres Leches!

Absolutely fabulous! Excellent service, extensive menu of very creative and healthy options, succulent dishes! Cocktails are definitely to go for! We ended up having several appetizers that were pretty sizeable portions with beautiful presentation and unforgettable palette. We couldn't pass on their dessert - a flan was to die for! A special word about our waiter, Fabio - what a delight!!!! Highly, highly recommend this place!

The appetizers were good: we ordered ceviche, octopus and yuca and they were very tasty. The entres we're boring in terms of presentation and taste. It was rather expensive for what you get. Pisco sours were delicious, especially the spicy ones. They are also on more expressive side - $16-$17 for serving.

Found this spot on Open Table and will definitely be back. The cocktails, flaming llama and limeña de limon, are delicious! The food was fabulous, every single dish we ordered was unique in its own right, and so fresh! Highly recommend.

First time here and oh that was a treat! Two versions of pisco sour (spicy and regular), wide selection of appetizers (take two and it can easily be your lunch), had Creole soup and it was spot on! We definitely will be back.

Just amazing. Pulpo a la Parilla (let’s call it grilled octopus) and Parihuela de Mariscos (seafood soup) are must try. The grilled octopus is smoky, tender and flavourful.

Perfect date night destination. Cozy atmosphere, expert service, delicious food. A small restaurant with a nice fireplace and table or bar seating, with the kitchen visible. The lamb shank (Cordero Pachamanquero) was hearty and rich with potatoes and yam and a thick gravy. The Pesto Risotto with Tenderloin was flavorful and satisfying, nicely seasoned. With no drinks or dessert we paid $45 each.

Excellent atmosphere, food, and service! The flavors were all on point, and I found the portions to be generous. The pink salt bar's impressive pink wall was also a gorgeous backdrop for a special evening.

Authentic Peruvian food. I went with 2 Peruvian locals and they both really enjoyed it. The flavors, ingredients, and tastes are very good. We ordered the anticuchos and causa as appetizers which I would definitely recommend if you’re looking for something you can’t get anywhere else. The food was a bit on the pricey side, but worth it for the unique ingredients.

Great food. Good service. If you go when they have live music, keep in mind that it can be loud enough that it is hard to hold a conversation. It's worth it, though.

We went on New Years Day and the service was 10/10! The waiter was friendly and on top of it! The ceviche was amazing! I had the lamb shank as my entree and it was perfection! I can’t speak to the authenticity of the food since I’ve never been to Peru however, I can speak the quality and taste which was absolutely amazing! I will definitely be coming back!
