This was, hands down, the most exciting food I’ve eaten in a long time. The spicy noodles are too die for, and the rockfish is a tasty treat. Then, the Manhattan! My mother was a huge fan, and I’m sure she would agree with me. That was one (sorry; two) damn fine drink!!
I loved the flavor of my dish: curry vermicelli bowl with beef cheek
Fabulous yummy food!! Friendly staff... great place to meet friends or have a date night. I love it's nice and cozy.
First time here
Good service, great food and wide range of drinks. Curry Noodles with shrimp very tasty
Awesome food, the happy hour is perfect. And the cocktails are stiff!
I want to selfishly keep this place a secret since it’s right down the street, but I just have to say this was the BEST Vietnamese food we’ve had in Seattle! Also fantastic cocktails and the price is right, too!
Delicious food, great drinks, and outstanding staff. What's not to love?

Everything was amazing! Congrats
Expertly managed dining experience, from the text queuing system, to check-in, and the well laid out dining space - the restaurant was jumping but we never had to wait for service.
Our starters came out quickly and were all excellent - papaya salad, wontons, beef, crispy duck rolls, fresh rolls - all tasted delicious and looked great.
My Pastrami fried rice main was a big portion, complete with a perfectly cooked boiled egg - not too runny, not too hard, just right.
Interesting cocktail menu as well.
My friend and I went for their happy hour for the very first time. We had papaya salad, spicy wonton and duck egg roll. Loved their food and great service. Definitely will try their noodle dish next there.
We've walked by this place a bunch of times & it's been full every time, so we thought 'Let's give it a try!' Boy were we glad we did!
This is a fantastic place, atmosphere is like hip boathouse-polynesian feel. The service was attentive, helpful, honest, & friendly. Max was our dude!
The food was on fire! Ordered a 2nd round of wontons & it didn't disappoint.
Drinks & dessert were delicious.
What an experience!
Midas 5-stars - For the food & nice touches to the eating experience.
I've been to reckless twice now, and I've enjoyed it equally each time. The space is small but they have a dining, lounge and outdoor seating. While waiting for your table you can drink at the bar. They have a variety of fun and delightful drinks that are great with bar snacks like spicy nuts. Its intimate enough for a date, and the menu is diverse enough for a small group outing. I recommend family style eating so you can try more from the menu each time you go. I would recommend a reservation. I'm not sure if there is parking but I've never had a problem finding parking on the surrounding streets.
Restaurant week in October, 2023! Great value and tastes! Amazing food and even more amazing cocktails and a happy hour menu. I feel lucky to live in the neighborhood to walk to this restaurant from home.
This was in my list of places to try for quite a while and finally made it in just before dinner rush. Didn't have to wait long for a table and it was nice to be able to wait in the bar. The signature cocktails were good and decently strong; only seemed a little expensive for having been poured from a large premixed jug instead of handmade.
Tamarind seafood udon was full of great shellfish (not overcooked!) and squid and thick handmade noodles. The curry rockfish was advertised as coming with bánh hoi but was served with a completely different type of rice noodle. Overall we left full and happy and made it out almost exactly at the 90 minute time limit.
The noodles were perfectly cooked to a delightful chewiness for the ma La beef noodle and it was so flavorful. The broth in the curry vermicelli bowl was delicious and the noodles had a nice tender texture.
Whether you’re a die-hard ramen lover or a fan of Thai-inspired noodle dishes, this restaurant has something to offer for every palate!
I'm not good at going places by myself, but Reckless Noodle House was a great experience. The music was a decent volume (I could hear myself think and I could hear the murmur of conversation across the room... Basically my ear drums were NOT throbbing, unlike other bars). Even though I was seated at the bar when there was only one seat available, there was plenty of room between me and the others where we could all rest our elbows comfortably on the table.
The servers were so nice and the bartender was very attentive and kind. The food was delicious. For water fiends like myself, they provide you your own cravat.
I got the Reckless Love cocktail (YUM), Mù Xū Roast Duck Crispy Roll (the server explained the best way to eat it, the sauce definitely wasn't too spicy once I mixed the sauces), and the creme brulee (it had more to the name but the bartender just told me what it was and I don't remember the whole thing. The creme brulee was good but the sugar was a bit burnt, like it tasted burnt on top but overall was still delicious).
This place was recommended to me by someone that grew up in Seattle as his favorite restaurant in the city. Overall, the food and drink were delicious but I really wasn't blown away. They were also hosting a company event in part of the restaurant while we were there which led to two of our dishes coming out fairly quickly and the last dish not arriving for almost an hour.
This is an asian variety restaurant and I enjoyed all of the noodle options and flavors but i think you'd be better off getting Thai noodles from a Thai restaurant, Japanese noodles from a Japanese restaurant, and so on. Worth a try though and the atmosphere was gorgeous.
Decent street parking in the area, pretty easy to find a spot.
We had such a great experience here - service, atmosphere, and food. The staff was really down to earth and clearly very well trained. It seemed like they all had a rhythm with each other in making sure the everyone was taken care of. We appreciated how they gave background and direction on how to eat some of the more “deconstructed” dishes. Also food was bomb. So many fresh herbs and flavor combinations I hadn’t experienced before. A great place to unwind and feel like you’re escaping the city for a bit. Will definitely go back.
