The best baguette in Seattle! Can't wait to try their granola.

My friend is a regular at this neighborhood bakery and always raves about their bread, and I can see why. We decided to try their vegan plum scone, and it definitely lived up to the hype. A delightful treat in a charming bakery!

I have experienced the beautiful product that Tallgrass Bakery has to offer via a sandwich I had at the Ballard Farmers Market from Nature’s Last Stand (NLS). They make these incredible breakfast sandwiches with their sausages, and it all comes together on this delicious brioche bun. This is a serious sandwich and this bun can hold up like no joke while still being light. It’s a revelation!!

Very cute tiny local bakery. About one customer fits inside at a time so there is often a little line out front. Amazing bread selection, plus cinnamon rolls and croissants and more.

Yesterday my husband was working in Seattle (he works for AAA) and the man working in the bakery came out and asked "what kind of bread do you like?" And came back out with a loaf of rye bread and sour dough compliments of him 😊 They are AMAZING!!! We would never have tried this place otherwise because we live in Everett. But we will definitely be returning. Whoever the employee was thank you and you have wonderful customer service!!

The best bread and baked goods in Ballard. I love the hominy bread and the honey oat, haven’t had a bad loaf but those are my all time favorites. Her cinnamon rolls have the best flavor over ANY I have had in my entire life. Customer service is always fantastic but be prepared to wait in line. Honorable mention: emmer oat scones of various seasonal flavors

Delicious, fresh from the oven baked goods. Unique breads, scones and muffins with vegan options. It's a tiny shop serving one person at a time so be prepared to wait.

Being a small doorfront bakery in Ballard, this may be easy to miss, but do go and look for it if you love good artisan bread. The scones were delicious also with a not-too-sweet combination of either apple or coconut and ginger. Their bread products are European style with a hearty texture rather than being light and fluffy and the variety is adventurous and delightful.

Wonderful! I placed a special order for a 14" boule for Jacque Pepin's seafood bread recipe, and it was on-time and perfect!
