This is and gravy were excellent. This is are nice not overdone, and the gravy was delicious and eggs were done correctly.
We have been eating at the Varsity Inn for 40 years. It has always been consistently good. It is a family owned and operated diner. The meals are made from whole ingredients chopped and prepared at the restaurant. Servings are large, so bring an appetite. They are flexible when cooking for your tastes and special diet. One of us is vegan and the ingredients in the dish can be changed at your request. But they also have lots of bacon and eggs benedicts. We love this place. We love the staff... all friendly. Good service.

So very good itself and the gravy had sausage in it which I love and makes the whole meal savory. The eggs cooked perfect. Nice and fluffy just like the pancakes which are very large too. Hot chocolate and coffee, thumbs up! BF had the Hobo omelette which was larger than I thought it would be and he just loved it. Perfect amount of ingredients. The restaurant itself, adorable and cozy. Anywhere you sit you get a nice view of this cute little part of town.
Customer service was great, very welcoming and accommodating of my height. (6'10") Mocha was good. I ordered a Denver Omelette, and added mushrooms... It was good and it filled me up. Onions and Mushrooms were perfect, I wish the green peppers were cooked a little more than they were, but it was still delicious. Also ordered a waffle, it was good but I didn't like the texture, it seemed more like a pancake made in a waffle maker. The bacon was perfect. Hashbrowns were also cooked like I like them. Ill definitely be going back.
The food was absolutely delicious and the staff was all warm friendly and professional the only bad part is that the service was slow especially when making Corrections on follow-ups on the order that's it I would still recommend this place for a very delicious breakfast experience
Has breakfast with family. Great food, reasonably priced, great location. Can't ask for more than that!
Great delicious coffee, no sour aftertaste. Servers were friendly, timely coffee refills, a very good place to sit, relax, eat and chat.
My wife and I have been coming here for 5 years and absolutely love this place. Excellent food at a great price — the pancakes and cinnamon rolls are terrific. They’ve been extremely kind since day one, and treat us like family now. My only regret is not writing this review sooner!

The food was really excellent. The service was friendly and quick. Several people there were clearly regular patrons, my dining companion included. They were called by name. That really tells you something about a place. I will definitely be back.
Pretty good for a basic breakfast. The steak and eggs was quite good. Not super fast service. Plan on being there a bit.
