Where Ya At Matt - Seattle - Photo album

Great food truck! Excellent point. Any Louisiana native knows points start with the bread. They have authentic French bread. Crispy and chewy. Shrimp were light and clean tasting. Catfish poboy was also good. Both with just the right amount of mayo, lettuce and tomato. Delicious! Find these guys thr
Pretty good, cornbread and honey butter were done highlights. I got the oyster po boy, super crunchy and nice on the texture and flavor, really needs the hot sauce. My wife liked the pork sandwich, she said it was salty and the oyster po boy was much better. I'd go again for the po boys
Just tried them for the first time at Marymoor Park. I used to live in Louisiana and haven’t had a good beignet since I was a kid. These were fluffy and had a good flavor. I will definitely return to them in the future
We follow this truck with passion! Highlights for us are the shrimp and grits, creole pork sandwich, and oyster po’ boy. Save room for dessert - you can’t go wrong with freshly made beignets and my personal favorite pecan pie.
Had this at Stoup in Ballard and it was amazing. Yes, the po boy is great, and you should absolutely get that. But let me tell you the coleslaw and beignets are unbelievable.
I love their food, it always makes me feel good.
Where ya at Matt is by far the best food truck in the Seattle area! I get their Jambalaya, Gumbo, shrimp Poboys, and beignets everytime to make sure I have great lunch for the next couple days. If you haven't already experienced their magic I highly recommend finding out where Matt's at asap!
I first heard about WYAM about seven years ago. Kept meaning to go, but never got around to it until tonight. I missed out! Tasty muffuletta (great olive relish!), and the creole pork poboy is amazing. My husband described the sandwiches as "the best meal he's had in years." He's probably not wrong!
The WYAM truck was at the Chuck shop, got the last shrimp and grits, and Gumbo and cornbread. Everything was OK. I had to add more salt and a little more seasoning to everything. Still searching for the best Gumbo in Seattle.
One of the best shrimp poboys I’ve ever had. Best I’ve ever had outside New Orleans. The jambalaya was amazing too. Seriously, where yat.
First time trying shrimp and grits. Easily one the best things I have eaten all year. And one of the most memorable meals I have ever had. Simply divine.
great food truck!Excellent piont
Oyster po boy was the best sandwich I’ve ever had.
One of the best food trucks ever. Don't hesitate.
Most authentic shrimp and grits I’ve ever had outside of New Orleans
DELICIOUS!!! The shrimp and grits was unbelievable! The catfish poboy was equally amazing! Definitely recommend.
