One of my favorite things about Sea Tac is the chance to grab my go to snacks at Dish D'lish. The new location is easy to grab & go healthy food for your flight.
I love the Tarragon Chicken salad cup topped with argula and grapes and the Chia Oats w Coconut Milk.
The staff are always friendly but I miss the ladies from the original location.
Love the new grab and go location at the end of C Terminal. Lots of healthy options to grab for my flight. Tarragon Chicken Salad Cup and Rosemary Almonds are my go to items.
Love being able to grab delicious, fresh, to-go food to eat on the plane!
Amazing!! It's so nice to have fresh healthy food available while traveling!!
Good option in the sea of typical fast food. Great service too.
Ate lunch/dinner here on my layover to Anchorage. Solid Caesar salad with the lettuce being fresh and crunchy. No bad parts! The cous cous was also really yummy. I even took a picture of the label to try and make it when I get home.
Not a fan of sandwiches/panini, but this place is good. Due to the time of our flight, we never had a chance to stop for lunch until we got to Sea Tac. One thing I don't like about Sea Tac is their food court, I like the vendors but there is a lack of seating areas.
One of the few places that had seating was in Dish D'Lish, so we decided to go there for lunch.
Dish is setup cafeteria style, if you want a hot panini, you let the person at the cooking station know so they can prepare it for you. You then move forward grabbing what else tickles your fancy, and then let the cashier know what you ordered and then pay.
I had the Mile HIgh Turkey, and to my surprise, it was quite good. I really enjoyed the cheese spread, the turkey was deli kind and could have used a few more slices, but the star of the sandwich was the bacon - crispy and chock full of flavour.
That said, this place is not cheap. The Mile High Turkey was $8.20, pretty steep for a sandwich.
We ordered a medium drink and you had your choice of pop or their version of Crystal Lite (flavoured water). I tried the watermelon then the strawberry/kiwi, both were good and not too sweet.
I'm not a fan of sandwiches (I eat enough for lunch at work), however I really did enjoy the Mile High Turkey sandwich.
Dish D'Lish is our go-to food spot anytime we're heading out from Seattle on a flight to...wherever.
Even when there's a longish line, the folks behind the counter are good about keeping the line moving and getting everyone's orders placed & rung up in a quick fashion - which is perfect if you're running to catch a plane but WILL NOT stand for paying for the sludge-in-a-box that most airlines disguise as "snack boxes" nowadays.
Quick grabs that we like: the Zingy Cucumber Salad, Yogurt Parfait (yummy for breakfast), Turkey in the Garden premade sandwiches. If you have 2 minutes more, get the Mile-High Turkey Club - starring the special, luscious ingredient: Artichoke spread! mmmmmmmm.
Hooray! It's not Starbucks!. Thank you for not being Starbucks (or its under-the-radar, corporate co-owned not-competitor Seattle's Best, which is nextdoor to this Dish D'lish.)
I was dropping my daughter off for a morning flight at Sea-Tac and we wanted coffee. I will drink water and go into caffeine withdrawal before I give the first penny to S****ucks. So it was great to find Dish D'lish. My cappucino was pretty average (I think that about most coffee outside Australia and Italy) and the berry-based pastry I bought would have been better if it was heated. But it wasn't the evil S-word, so I was happy.
To their credit, Dish D'lish has a lot of other interesting, uncommon, locally oriented food items, so I rate it as worthwhile for a quick bit. And the Filipino woman doing the food/coffee prep the morning I was there was a marvel of speed and efficiency. Dish D'lish does not even need to clone her -- she's as fast as two people.
Gem inside the airport. This little gem tucked inside SeaTac has a delicious selection of stuff to enjoy on your trip. I particularly enjoy the Extreme Grilled Cheese, but the Zingy Cucumbers are great too.
Great pannini sandwiches. Also a good selection of grab and go items.
Absolutely love this grab and go spot in SeaTac! Thoughtful turkey sandwich has been my go to for awhile, and now they have an amazing "flight tray" option with a super yummy goat cheese spread, hummus, olives, cheese, crackers and grapes for less than 10 bucks! So impressed with this place. Will be back at the airport at the end of the month and will be making a trip to C gate just for snacks
Good option for a quick & healthy lunch. Lots of sandwich options, fruit & candys. Not a ton of vegetarian options (the vegetarian sandwich is mostly cucumber. Take away only
This is a grab-and-go food right next to a terminal. It was easy to grab a sandwich, drink, and chocolate bar. Lines were short and the food was tasty. The chicken sandwich was fresh and I could add mayo, mustard, and salt as desired. There were lots of sandwich types to choose from as well. The only drawback is that the tables outside this eating area were all full, so I had to eat while standing. But that's not the fault of this little eatery, and standing wasn't so bad given that we'd all be sitting on the plane soon for hours. Overall, great experience with quick, delicious food!
I really liked it when there was the convenience of it being in the cental food court area of the airport. Ultra tuna and tarragon chicken salad sandwiches are pretty good. If I have time I'll walk down to the end of the C terminal to grab one since it moved. It's really one of the better choices for food in the airport.
Some of the most appetizing sandwiches I’ve ever seen from a “grab-and-go” place! The cashier was also incredibly kind and helpful! The whole experience has just improved my day at the airport!
Thank you! After 4 days in airports and trying to find food I could/wanted to eat, this place was a fabulous find. The food is simply food, with ingredients that aren’t processed or minimally processed, ingredients I can read.
My waitress April was a rock star. She was great personality, constantly updated me with info on my order. Even as busy as they were she was AMAZING !!!!!
Everything is prepared with fresh ingredients. REAL Greek yogurt with fresh fruit, amazing hearty muffins, delicious cookies, quinoa salads and variety of sandwiches to name a few items that are always fantastic.
Visited several times over the last year and really enjoy the sandwiches. Never had a problem. Staff has always been quick and efficient. I really like the chicken sandwich.
Really great place. Friendly cashier ladies and awesome tuna salad with real arugula.
I tried the cookie. Late night snack. I know…. But it was a delicious s’more cookie. Also their salads and sammys look amazing. Next time I will try. So fresh!
The treats here were tasty, and I'm glad the store is here. The end of C gates is a long haul from the main area. There is also an accessibility shuttle here! #oneaccessibility
Dish D'Lish is my go-to when traveling through Sea-Tac. I like their choices of breakfast sandwiches, but if I'm looking for something heartier, I go for their egg bakes (I think they're called stratas?). I'm a HUGE fan of their tuna melts/tuna salad cups and I always get those if I have a mid-day flight.
