Great beers, drinks, and food. They did a meal service on Christmas eve for all the patrons. It was amazing and delicious. Love the atmosphere and vibes!!

Feels like coming home. Excellent soundtrack, top notch German fare. I particularly recommend the bier cheese soup, if you like bier cheese soup it is the best !!! Literally everything is delicious. Rotating selection of biers and strong cocktails keep you coming back for another fantastic time!

I have been here once and I hope to come more often as I work in the neighborhood! They have a nice selection of drinks and food and the atmosphere is nice. Came here with coworkers, and we don’t get to spend time with each other outside of a work setting too much. The music was loud and it was a bit busy, we were a bit party and I genuinely couldn’t hear my coworkers across the table. One of the bartenders, person with red hair, came extremely aggressive, yelling at us to quiet down; without asking previously with any respect. If they came earlier and were respectful; that would have been very understandable and no issue at all! But they were hostile and completely ruined our evening. I politely asked if they could turn down the music, as I still couldn’t hear the rest of my party, and they responded VERY rudely with “I have to turn up the music because you guys were so loud”. Even the other people in the bar were raising eyebrows due to how hostile they were. I would absolutely never want to interact with this person again, as they seem to take out their rage on customers…when they work in customer service… However, Skye is an an excellent server and bartender! Skye was very nice, attentive, and friendly. Hope the other employees are as great as Skye when I return! But if the employee is there with red hair make sure you are extra quiet!! Edit: they didn’t seem too bothered when the table next to us was yelling while chugging a beer 🤔

I've spent the past week driving from Baltimore to Seattle and Die Stubbe was the highlight of my trip! It was freaking amazing! Food was spot on perfect and the service was beyond top notch! I can't recommend the place more highly.

Stumbled upon this place on xmas eve for a drink only to find out that they were serving a FREE full spread of xmas turkey dinner! The owner was so sweet and kind. The staff was amazing. Food and drinks were delicious too! Definitly recommend!!!

An unassuming place that you very well might miss if you’re not looking for it. The pub vibe is refreshing, and the ever changing variety of beers is enough to keep a person coming back time and again. Meet up here with friends for a weekly game night—they have a library of games on hand as well.

Our favorite place to go! This is an amazing place to become a regular at, all the staff get to know you and care about you. My perfect Sunday happens when I’m at DieBierstube watching soccer and playing cards with my partner

We loved Die Bierstube and visited several times during our weeks long trip to Seattle. It was close to the U-District, the Link (line 1), groceries, and other points of interest. The staff were friendly and welcoming - the kind of pub that treats you like a “regular” after you show up a second time. They pour a perfect Bitburger Pils and Gaffel Kölsch - remarkable head, and in regulation glassware! We had a nice curry wurst lunch and brought friends around as well.

If you are looking for a relaxed German beer and food experience look no further! The selection of beer is always wonderful and spans the well known German breweries. The food is also extremely delightful and gives you the feeling of being in the old country

Good service, good food, and good beer. The price can be a bit high, but for a whole liter of really good beer my vote is that it's worth it. Also I enjoy the atmosphere, normally quietly lively during evening hours. Always seems to be a spare seat, but never barren in my experience. I really like this place. Photo is of the Ballpark Dog, $6.

Great experience of the world cup, even if Germany got out too early. Great vibe, great folks, and loved the Käsespätzle. I'd been a while ago and the menu is much improved, love it. The beer has always been good and expectedly expensive, worth it for me for the imported German beer, a great pour in the right glass. Appreciate y'all!

Great food and drinks, and a fun vibe. We visited during an Oktoberfest weekend and enjoyed some of the specialties. (Pictured is the schnitzel sandwich.) This place is a bit pricey but definitely still worth a visit!

Giant pretzel and German beer! Sandwiches are great too. Don't sleep on the mustards and curry ketchup.

The waitress here was absolutely amazing. Was pretty sad to not see Ayinger offered as it is at Feierabend, nor the kasespatzle. The service is better but the food is lacking, kitchen doesn't support much more than a snack. I'd go here for the drinks but elsewhere for food.

I went for a boardgame meet up. As far as board games go, there are lots of really large tables for games that take up a big footprint and the space is fairly lit. The bartenders were all really welcoming and friendly. I ordered some fries and a cucumber salad. Both were good, I’ll definitely get the cucumber salad again. All the other food I saw I ordered looked and smelled tasty as well.

The beers are excellent. German biers on tap and quite a few of them. None of your usual Seattle array of 15 different IPAs. The food is a bit costly though. The ambience is awesome

Amazing beer & spirits place. Pleasantly surprised they have a full bar with good cocktails, in addition to great German beer.
