This is a great spot for outstanding Italian food! Located in Ballard in the heart of downtown, Palermo’s offers a wide range of traditional Italian food that is served fresh with awesome seasonings and a very friendly staff. Every time I am in town this is my go to lunch spot so I encourage you to check it out.

Just revisited Palermo with a family group for lunch. Thank you for the vegetarian, vegan and gluten free options. We had at least one of each. My daughter was impressed that her sandwich that was supposed to come on a roll, actually came on a very nice roll, not a couple of small slices of Gluten Free bread. We had a nice time, good service, and good food.

Love the place. Amazing good. Olives were little salty but I can ignore with the taste of amazing dishes. The meat is well cooked. Street side parking. People are friendly and help you decide on items. They have a nice happy hour everyday. We ordered different type of pasta and we were not disappointed. Drinks menu is small you get wine and beer. This was my first time but sure to visit again to try out the dishes we missed.

Excellent service and good food. Highly recommend the meatball sandwich. I'll be back to try the Italian sub.

Small and quaint the pizza here tho ain’t. Top notch in flavors and this is coming from someone who is very picky when it comes to cheese. The baked fettuccine is cheesy goodness that is a grand portion, and the pizza packs deliciousness in every bite. You will be needing boxes with how much you’ll get but this food reheat value is exceptional. Service is personable and accommodating. Come here for a nice Italian dinner and you won’t leave disappointed.

Palermo is now my favorite place to eat at when I’m in Seattle and want authenticity! The calzone was by far my favorite, although I ordered pasta. They provide more than enough food for one person and the prices aren’t crazy. Service was great and they let me customize my dish because of my picky palate. Above & beyond my expectations.

By far the best gluten free pizza I've had in Seattle. It's crisp but still soft, has good flavor and doesn't fall apart. It even held up for hours and didn't get soggy! As a newly and relectuently gluten-free person, I highly recomend their gluten-free! 10/10

While on vacation in Seattle, my wife wanted Italian for lunch (I wasn’t too keen on lunch and wanted brunch, but happy wife-happy life, and agreed). Once we arrived at the restaurant, I was extremely happy to find that they were doing breakfast all day! I ordered a frittata and their French toast and they were both amazing! Better than most breakfast-focused restaurants I’ve been to. My wife had the bolognese and equally enjoyed it! The ambiance was cool, demure but clean and fine. The staff was very friendly to boot. Overall, I recommend you check it out if in the area. :)

A cozy spot in Ballard when you're feeling comforting food like pizza or pasta! Everytime we come in, the service is welcoming and the food is delicious. Consistently lovely experience and super fairly priced wine to pair with your meal. Also the tiramisu is a must for dessert!!

This place was amazing. The food and the customer service were impeccable. The lady we spoke to on the phone was so sweet and waiting on us. Every suggestion she made was perfect. We are so happy we cane there. Would recommend them to anyone else. They give you so much food and are the sweetest people. Absolutely the BEST.

Extremely delicious and authentic seeming food with great service. I got the gluten free pizza and pasta and the pizza was incredible while the pasta was good but a bit too al dente for me. Definitely recommend this restaurant for a good hearty meal.

Delicious eggplant dishes, yummy wine, great service. So good we went back for breakfast the next morning! Salmon frittatas, french toast, pancakes, and bacon and eggs!

The food was amazingly delicious and I highly recommend this place. Service was okay! The brochettes were divine as well the parmigiano eggplants for appetizers. Salmone Alla Romana was fantastic a lit but salty because of the capers but is was still very flavorful. Deserts were tasteful and fresh!

Went here for my birthday this year and my partner and I loved it! We got a medium Paradiso pizza and it was the perfect amount for two hungry adults. The roasted garlic and sundried tomatoes were so good!! It was a Tuesday when we went and they had half-off glasses of wine, so we also got to try some fancy Italian wines for just $4/glass! Loved the ambiance, the food, and the fair prices, and we'll be going back soon!

I have mixed feelings! The Italian food was AMAZING (perfect potatoes, fresh, tasty and appealing ingredients) , but the breakfast food leaves a lot to be desired (sausage hard and overcooked, French toast crispy on the outside and raw/soggy inside, as if cooked on too high a temperature). I would definitely go back, I just feel like they should drop the breakfast menu and just focus on Italian, or get more serious about doing it right. But on the other hand, you go to an Italian restaurant and order French toast, what do you really expect?

The boyfriend and I were wandering around Ballard and stumbled upon this cute Italian restaurant and couldn’t have been happier. The service was super awesome and helpful on pointing out the restaurants strong dishes. Everything we got was soooo good and tasty. Will definitely be going back and so should you!
