Spicy Beef. It's all I order. I haven't tried much else because I can't past this delicious dish.
Most importantly, my kids like it *and* I like it! It makes a great spur of the moment place to call ahead, say on the way to the pool.
Big Portions, Nice Staff. This place looks like where you'd go for hang-over food or to eat in peace and obscurity with the barren interior and dance hall sized open space. Kitchen's in the back so you informally order and the friendly staff hustle it out to your table. We have a fondness for the beef & scallion dish but last time it was a tad sweet. The prices are right, portions are massive and the staff are cool.
I don't know what is up with the other reviews,but this place is not too bad! The first thing I saw when I walked in was a bar like area and I almost thought this was a izakaya! It could be used for one for saké drinkers like myself...that is why I bumped off a Star... Anyway, I ordered the "Chinese special" with sweet and sour chicken and I WAS NOT disappointed! The chicken didn't have a greasy aftertaste like most teriyaki places that I eat at and that is a plus in my book and the portions are worth it! The salad was good too! The atmosphere feels like this used to be part of a bar or something...anyway,this place deserves another visit sometime, great service too! :)
A great little hole in the wall place. People are friendly and the food is good. Reminds me of my favorite college hangout.
