Where to start 🤔 it's very busy and cozy but the aroma of the food draws you to their doors even though we originally wanted the Mexican restaurant next door, the pad see ew was mouth watering, the pineapple fried rice amazing and the spicy noodle soup warmed my soul 😋 the tea was the yummy the staff was so busy but so very helpful I can see why people wait and lines out the door !!! Absolutely worth the wait and the food is just so delicious
Excellent food here! Possibly the best Thai I've had in Seattle. Got the Basil fried rice for takeout and it was so flavorful and delicious! It's also spicy which I like, when it says spicy it's actually spicy! Staff was friendly when I picked my order up and it looks super clean and nice inside. Definitely excited to try other things from here!
Update: later tried the Pad Kee Mao noodles and it was DELICIOUS!! Best of those noodles I've had anywhere. This is officially my favorite Thai restaurant in Seattle :)
I had delivery from this restaurant two days ago and the meal was delicious. The meal was Pad Thai and like the other meals I have had at the Cashew Thai Cuisine it was fresh, hot and very well prepared.

Overall a yummy experience, but mixed feelings about this joint. I was expecting minimal fuss and down to earth, the grub is good and a tasty haul of Fried Tofu with Chili Sauce (Tau Hu Tod | เต้าหู้ทอด) with Mixed Vegetable Stir-Fry (ผัดผักรวม Pad Pak Ruam), but the fine dining vibe is a huge turn off for me and really unnecessary. Even down to the side of mixed vegetables with salt? The food is dope, keep it simple and authentic in my opinion.

This is the best Thai food in Seattle in my opinion and 2 of my Thai friends agree.
My Thai friends and I keep coming back here when we want Thai food. Today we ordered:
* Thai iced tea - not overly sweet like other places. It has a perfect amount of sweetness and a smooth texture. You can smell and taste the tea itself. I normally don’t like Thai iced tea at other restaurants because they’re normally too sweet and taste artificial. This is the only place where I like Thai iced tea.
* Thai basil fried rice - we ordered 2 of this fried rice goodness. One with tofu (vegan) and the other with chicken. The fried rice is perfectly coated with the basil sauce, each bite was full of flavor. It was neither too soggy nor too dry. This is what the two Thai friends keep ordering every time we are here. They say it reminds of them of their mom’s food, plated more elegantly. If you’re craving fried rice this is a must try.
* Wagyu panang curry - on the richer side. The beef is tender and high quality. Not overly strong coconut milk taste. The sauce is flavorful. Great over white rice. Highly recommend
Overall, this place is much underrated and I’m glad we’ve found it.

This place serves gourmet dishes without fuss and fanfare of a high end restaurant. I had the garlic chicken fried rice which had a chicken katsu topping. The katsu was prepared to perfection, crispy yet tender. The rice had just enough burnt garlic flavor to give it a kick without overpowering the entire dish. One of the best restaurants in Seattle area.
The food is really good and the in-resturant experience is good but the Uber eats experience is really poor. They won't let you state allergies in the order and when you call to confirm about the allergy, they're rude. It's a bummer because I'd order more often if they had a better Uber eats experience. Good gluten free options and their kitchen seems safe. Would like to eat here more often.
Really good Thai food. Ordered the beef red curry and that was great. Can be really hot during the summer.
Omg the food was amazing! The service was amazing, the atmosphere was delightful and overall this small local business will be my ONE STOP every time,I come to Seattle
This was a recommendation from a friend and it hit the spot. It’s a cute little place. The service is friendly and prompt, and the restaurant is very clean. Good beverages to choose from as well. We had the flower cups as an appetizer and they were bright, light and flavorful with a great presentation. We had the pork pad Thai and crispy chicken with fried kale as main dishes and they exceeded expectations on taste and quality. We will return for sure.
We've been here twice and really liked it both times! The service is super friendly and the food is delicious. We haven't tried anything we didn't like! Would definitely recommend checking out.
I have been there for dinner and it is one of the bestest Thai restaurants I’ve ever been in States.
I was there with family n we ordered
Flower cups
Spring roll
Green curry with Chicken
Chicken pad Thai
Pad Kee Mao
Pineapple cashew rice
I’m so glad to say that the menu we chose was faultless.
All the foods were so yummy and tasty.
They serve alcoholic beverages too.
Green curry was exceptionally delicious and the chef suggested that.
Restaurant is very nice and at prime location in uptown Seattle.
Ambience and hygiene was perfect.
Staffs are very much welcoming and friendly.
Great thing is u don’t have to wait too long for the food to be serve.
Pickup facility is also there.
Overall a great great experience having dinner here. Will go there again.
This was our first time eating here. The flavors were so good and strong and balanced! We had the spicy green beans and the cashew chicken. We'll be returning soon to try all the dishes here, for sure -- this is very likely to become our new favorite Thai restaurant.
Yum. The Pad Se Kew was delicious. Perfect portion. Big prawn. One of the best
Nice food, perfect portion. Would recommend cashew chicken!
I like seafood--espeically Pacific seafood--A LOT! . . . And I like Thai food . . . A LOT! . . . Having lived in Austin, TX for the last 11 years, those two food items combined have not been available to me.
I am visiting here in Seattle, and happened to see Cashew Thai Cuisine as I was walking on Queen Anne Av. Decided I would try them for dinner.
What a delight! I ordered the Satay Chicken for an appitizer. It was done to perfection . . . cooked, but still juicy. The sauce was just what I expected: peanuty (<- That's a word, right?), smooth, hints of spice and coconut. The cucumber salad that accompanied the Chicken Satay was a nice touch too, offering a contrast between savoriness of the chicken and the cucumber and peppers in their sweet dressing.
After barrelling through the appetizer, I dug into the Seafood Pad Thai entrée I ordered. The shrimp, mussels, and squid were done to perfection--still juicy, yet definitely cooked.
The Pad Thai noodles had enough stickieness to hold them together so they wouldn't slide of the chopsticks--yet still firm and porous enough to hold the sauce to them well . . . And the sauce rocked! Just a hint of heat, peanuts, and other savory spices. The ground peanuts, julienne carrots, and bean sprouts that came on the side of the dish were spot on as added accompaniments.
Atmosphere is very laid back and intimate, yet refined with the numerous photgraphs and drawings of cashews and the owner and her family.
Definitely would eat there again. Great food. Very friendly service. Fair prices for such sumptuous fare!
Pung Kang Noodle Place offered great customer service and atmosphere. The food was not necessarily the most flavorful Thai food I've come across, but it felt light and healthy. A word of warning, their food can be quite spicy. They offer a spiciness level 1-5 and state that "3 is spicy." As a lover of spicy food, I got the three and it was a little too much to handle. But the spicy flavor was interesting and good, not a typical chili flavor that I've experienced.
Beautiful dishes, delicate flavors, love their food. So good after first time went back the second night take out. Extra seafood wasn’t very extra in case you are considering. The restaurant is bustling and the staff moves fast. Nothing fancy here, just delicious food! Thai Basil with seafood, red curry, and flower cups are a must. Its a once a week stop for me!
