Ezell's Famous Chicken - Seattle - Photo album

My friend ordered me a meal from Ezell's that can appeal to any fried chicken lover. I had the spicy tenders with baked beans and fries, which were excellent. The tender was well-portioned with breading and meat, but I found the tender to be a smidge dry. Despite the minor blemish, the baked beans m
Delicious chicken and biscuit here! Quick ordering and you don't wait too long for food. Many combinations you can order including mix of spicy and regularl chicken. I like the chicken tenders with the honey mustard sauce (which is bomb). There's a good size parking lot out front too!
Buffalo Chicken tenders are awesome! Their shapes are different from other commercial restaurants. We got served fairly quickly.
Of all the locations, this one is the most consistent in cooking preparation. Both the chicken and the chicken tenders are fried to perfection without the chicken being dry. The fries were crispy and well-seasoned. The dipping sauces complement the chicken well. This is moreover a takeout place, no
I‘m from Georgia and recently transplanted to Seattle. I am a total soul food snob and I was not expecting this place to be all that. However I gotta say this place exceeded all my expectations - breading on chicken is crispy, gravy well seasoned and the mashed potatoes are real good. I coulda skipp
Great food, the chicken was fried perfectly but the regular didn’t have much flavor of its own. The bbq sauce mostly makes up for it though. I’ll definitely be back to try the spicy and buffalo strips at some point
I like local. Local eateries. Local shopping. I dislike big box anything. Ezell's is like a step back in time and they are all over the Seattle Metro. Chicken is great and feels more homemade than actual homemade. Sides are excellent - mashed potatoes are real and you can tell from the lumps in them
Pretty consistent Ezell's location. I have ordered from here many times and have rarely had a mixup. I recommend the spicy chicken, it's not actually spicy but it is more flavorful. They have a parking lot too.
Chicken is good, can’t complain. I personally don’t agree with how expensive chicken is these days at fried restaurants, but that’s my opinion. The chicken is crunchy but can often times have super uneven breading so that takes away from the experience. For $19.00 you can get 1 pound of chicken whic
Spicy gizzards and chicken were tasty. Moist chicken. Coleslaw has balanced flavor, though I'd like more texture. Unfortunately the slaw is shredded very fine. Corn was grilled semi-crisp but was very bland. Had to doctor it up with butter and seasoning at home. Rolls are soft and a little sweet, no
This review is for the one on 45th in wallingford/u district. Ezells is always consistently great fried chicken sides and rolls. Got the 1 pound half (reg) & half (spicy) with sides. Chicken was hot fresh and moist as always. Ezells is the best chicken in seattle, easily. I ate at the location in La
Another outpost of a classic Seattle establishment. Serving fried chicken in Seattle since 1984, Ezell’s first started in the Central District and has quickly spread throughout the city and state. They serve two renditions of their dredge - original and spicy. I recommend the “Half & Half” to first
I go to Ezell's on Wallingford all the time and the staff there is amazing. It's a busy place but they always do a great job and have an awesome attitude. The food is fabulous and the staff is a pleasure.
Late on Halloween I had the fabulous idea of a greasy cheat meal. Boy, was I glad I got the deep fried chicken liver and okra. And the sauce, the sauce!
Well above average spicy chicken tenders, one was slightly dry, but that happens in any large volume food establishment. The roll wasn't my favorite, but that's because it was more of a sweet roll like a Hawaiian bread, many like it but that's a personal preference not a knock on Ezell's. I would ab
Came here for the for the first time in my life. I don't know why I didn't come earlier. I got the two piece with the roll and received my order in just about 1 minute after paying. The person at the register said as long as I don't order tenders or fries, it's usually instant. The breading on the c
