Brisket sandwich is AMAZING! Po Boy isn't something I'd order again.
One of the most amazing sandwich places you’ll eat at. It’s much more than just a sandwich. The meat is cooked to perfection, bread is delicious and soft. The flavor combinations are too die for. Tried the brisket sandwich, avocado toast and meat pie. Make sure to add the chicken skin to your order
Simply the best! Everything here is amazingly delicious. The 12h brisket is probably my favorite item on the menu. Every time I go here, I always leave with a huge smile on my face.
I’d give a 4.5 if I could but didn’t have it in me to pick 4* so rounding up to 5* :-). Brisket sandwich 9.5/10, fries 7/10 (maybe because of the aioli bringing them down), scallion aioli 4/10 (never met an aioli I didn’t like until this one, just not bringing good flavor). Maybe they could create
Summary: Fantastic gourmet sandwiches with tons of flavor and perfectly baked bread. Prices are either just right or maybe even under-priced for the quality and quantity you get. Don’t pass on trying Slab if you want a great sandwich. We got the Cubano and Burrata sandwiches. The pork in the Cubano
Every single sandwich I’ve tried on this menu is delicious and worth a visit. My most recent visit we got the Burrata and the 12 Hour Brisket and both were wonderful. The bread is fresh, perfectly chewy, and is toasted on the inside so each bite is crispy and delicious. The smoked brisket is prepare
Such a gem! I come here every time I visit Seattle. Incredible latte. The best sandwiches, with a vibey vacant bar to eat your carbs at. It’s perfectly empty, so refreshing to escape tourist lines everywhere right now. Fried chicken sandwich, brisket sandwich, avocado toast, cookies. Can’t go wrong!
It is built as a pick-up and eat at the office / home. The best brisket sandwich ever.
This was a killer take on a cubano. Confit pork shoulder, some kind of fancy pants raw ham (Serrano?), Gruyère, Dijon, grilled scallion aioli, and smoked pickled chips.
Amazing sandwiches and pies. The bread was unlike any other that I've had. They were really friendly. Great place for a quick lunch.
Fantastic brisket sandwich. I’ll be coming back.
The Cubano sandwhich is the bomb! The chocolate chip cookie is pretty good also! A sandwhich and a cookie is all you need. It will fill you up pretty much the rest of the day!
Some of the best sandwiches I’ve ever had. Went three times in one week (!) fried chicken, Cubano, and the burrata were all amazing. Service is fast without sacrificing on quality. They have salads too but I only had the sandwiches. The sandwich shop is attached to the restaurant Lark.
Really a treat whenever I’m in the area. Simple options but done incredibly well and thoughtfully. Very cheffy. A special spot.
Absolutely delicious every single time! Friendly staff and great atmosphere. Love this place!
The sandwich changed my life for good. It was hands down the best sandwich I’ve had and would keep coming back if I lived in Seattle. The bread has the perfect balance between soft and crunch and the flavor combinations were spot on. I had the rotating beet and chimi churri but I’m confident that t
Really great fried chicken sandwich served from the back counter of an upscale restaurant in Cap Hill.
The burrata sandwich is divine; the bread is grilled on the inside, contrasting perfectly with the tomato and cheese, and the outside of the bread is soft and slightly chewy. I was also pleasantly surprised by a really good espresso drink. I’ll be back!
