I must say that my experience here this morning was excellent. ALL the ladies were super friendly and both my chai latte & my banana bread slice were absolutely delicious. Keep up the great service!

Where else in the world can you get a dark mocha? Plus at the N gates there is no line

Dilettante is our absolute favorite coffee stand. It’s a special occasion made more fun by our inclusion of going to Dilettante while waiting for our plane flight!

On a very busy travel day the woman who took my order was friendly, cheery and efficient. She guided me through the options for my drink ( they whip their own cream on the premises -- good to know!) and my name was called in very short order. Both hubby and I thought it was perfect: hot, not too sweet, good dark coffee taste with that kiss of chocolate, plus the fresh non-fake whip! About $8 for a 20 oz not too scandalous for airport pricing in 2023. Kudos!

OMG! This is seriously the best signature white mocha I’ve ever had! Yummmmm. I just took one sip and rushed onto google to give a review. It’s so creamy and rich. It beats Starbucks by a long shot. I’m so glad I decided to check this place out before leaving the airport. I didn’t get any food but they have an assortment or premade sandwiches, bagels, croissants, yogurt, cold drinks, pastries and chocolates. Definitely worth checking them out while you’re coming or going from your flight!

Great smelling coffee made with fresh coffee beans. Excellent service that is fast despite the long queues. Feels like the best cafeteria in SeaTac.

Wow I think this is for sure one of the best Mocha's I've ever tasted! I never write airport food/drink reviews except to complain lol. But this beverage was worth pulling my phone out for (who are we kidding, I already had my phone out but you get what I mean!). I had mine modified to oatmilk and the semidark and not the extreme dark for less bitterness and it is so yummy. I'm going to get it anytime I pass through this airport! Also a super lovely musician was playing guitar and singing right by the place. Lovely way to wait for my extra delayed ride that was picking me up 1.5 hours after landing.

I could give top ranking but smoked salmon sandwiches are not allowing me to do that saying: - we are not invited to take part... Fast and welcoming service. Young stuff working hard and professionally. Unfortunately no smoked salmon sandwiches. Well no problem. What can I do? On desk you can find sugar and sweeteners and... what? Honey? What a nice thing... we are giving our daughter tea only with honey and here is especially for us. It's melting my heart ❤ Thank you

LOOKS GOOD ! My wife and I had a 6 hour layover at Seattle Airport, WA enroute to Paris from California. We were tempted to buy lattes here but ended up having lunch at Salty's at the SEA...including well made lattes !

Coffee and scones often pair well together, with the bitterness of the coffee complementing the sweetness of the scone. I enjoyed both of them.

I wanted just two things for breakfast. An egg breakfast sandwich and a cup of hot tea. Check and check. Very satisfied. The menu have good variety. Good to have food options at Sea-Tac.

Most coffee in North America is atrocious. But this was actually really good coffee, and the people there were really nice. I ordered a short latte. Great Job!

A long-term tenant of the Sea-Tac airport, Dilettante offers up a range of chocolatey drinks and coffees, as well as deli items and desserts. The mochas are rich - perhaps too rich - but if you need a sweet fix, here's your place. A bit pricey, but a nice treat if you need sugar and caffeine before your flight. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Enjoyed that they have an option for Turkish Coffee. Never had the chance to try it before and it was a good change of pace. It had sort of a chocolatey, cinnomon flavor with a bit of honey that was very unique. Definitely the better of two options I tried for coffee.
