Took our machine here and they were great-- fit us in last minute despite our last-minute call-in. Cool shop and professional, knowledgeable staff/service. Without a doubt would highly recommend and will return. Service was completed on a Saeco Via Venezia.

I had them repair a Starbucks Barista machine 10 years ago. I hadn’t used it for awhile and I got it out today and it wasn’t pulling shots. I called them and they were able to diagnose the problem over the phone and get me back up and running. Thanks for the great help!

I had a problem with my home coffee maker. Visited this location and was greeted with a smile after maybe no more than five minutes the problem was fixed and i left with the coffee maker working. Extremely good professional service. I will recommend him anywhere

Fantastic Service for more than 20 years. I don't live in seattle any more but I always contact HomeEspresso Repair if I have a question or need repair. Amazingly good service!

Awesome service -- great customer service, honest business, and very knowledgeable technicians. Support your local small business! Repairs and tune-ups are cheaper than a full machine replacement and give your coffee machine a new life. I've brought several machines here for tune-ups and repairs, including my 13-year old espresso machine that still runs like new. Once, I thought it needed an expensive repair but the technician gave it a cheaper tune-up and assured me the extra labor/part wasn't necessary.

We bring our espresso machine here about once per year. We use our machine regularly - about 4 espressos / day for our family, so the gasket wears out in about 1 year's time. The owner is friendly and knows his stuff. A full cleaning and repair for about $100 (sometimes less) and we are good for another year. This is a great shop with friendly competent people who make your life better. A gift to Phinney Ridge!

If you want it fixed right by someone who KNOWS what they're doing, and is likely to tell you what's wrong with your machine before you reach the counter from the door... go here! Although there are two parking spaces behind the shop, they are a nightmare to back out of. Shop owner will tell you the secret, but you're better off parking on a neighboring street, unless your espresso machine weighs 100 lbs. Service is quick, even on older models. Fun shop to visit if you want to look at vintage and specialty machines too. This shop is Seattle at its finest!

Real down-home service. I have brought my espresso machine there for service 3 times in the past 10 years or so, and was always treated cordially and professionally. They once gave me a used part for my machine for free. When that machine was retired, they recommended a machine for me to buy (not from them.) After I was having trouble operating the machine properly, I brought it to them and they walked me through the process - no charge. And they make very good lattes; I always buy one when I'm there, and when I was waiting for my new machine to arrive I went by every day for my fix. I doubt if you'll find better service anywhere else.

We dropped off our Giotto espresso machine to home espresso repair because it was having trouble holding pressure. After getting an home and running it through a few cycles, I'm delighted that it no longer has the boiler noise that it used to, and it keeps perfect pressure now. They replace the pressure regulator and changed the seals (which were way overdue) all for a price that I consider fantastic. I will definitely be taking our espresso machine back to the shop as soon as it needs it; I won't procrastinate next time!

My 10 year old Pasquini Livia espresso machine hasn't been working like it should for the past couple of years. I tried taking it to Seattle Coffee Gear and got it back not working any better than when I took it in. Discouraged, I thought maybe it was just time for a new machine, but decided to give Home Espresso Repair a chance since a new machine would cost close to $2000, and I'm sure glad I did! They were very friendly and helpful, but I was holding judgement until I got my machine back and tried it. I am so happy to report that my machine is working like new again, and at half the price of the other place. I am grateful to have found a repair shop that can do the job, thank you Home Espresso Repair!

Home Espresso Repair is an awesome small business, and they have great customer service! They fixed my beloved espresso machine last summer, and just today gave me free advice over the phone when my machine was having an issue - it works again perfectly, thanks to the technician that very kindly walked me through what to do! I can't speak highly enough about this place!

Wonderful repair shop with reasonable prices. I had called other shops that have come up as repairing old Pasquini machines and glad that I found Home Espresso Repair. Dropped it off during a trip back to Seattle and they shipped it back home for me. Patient with answering questions and persistent with finding out and repairing what is wrong. They fixed my old Pasquini Livia 90, which had a couple of problems, and it came back working better than new.

Absolutely wonderful service. These people are the very best in the business. Their courteous and knowledgeable service remind of days gone by, in a small town where you knew the owner and the folks who worked there on a personal basis. They were neighbors who took pride in the work they did and stood behind what they did. Again….these folks are the very best.

I've been bringing my little home espresso machines to this shop for the last 9 years. I don't have anything fancy or expensive, but a quick fix keeps me from having to go purchase a brand new machine. The customer service is great, and they always make me a latte on my own machine before I take it home just to prove the machine is back in action. I'm a loyal customer.
