Friendly staff comes to mind Panera Bread! A perfect example was when I purchased a bagel for a friend and I forgot to have it toasted. My friend asked if it can be done, the staff just gave him a newly toasted one.
Bagel for breakfast and if you want something sweet there are a lot of choices. I personally like the Kitchen Sink cookie. It is delicious as one mentioned it is "A large shareable cookie with semi-sweet chocolate, milk chocolate, caramel pieces, and pretzel finished with a sprinkle of flake salt". A warning if you decide to eat this by yourself that it contains a whopping 800 calories.
They also offer soups and sandwiches. The clam chowder is one of my favorites.
This place tend to get busy in the morning rest but rest assured that if you know what you want you can use the kiosks to order and pay so no need to wait in line.

Good food, friendly people, good music. Free WiFi. Management goes out of its way to ensure a pleasant experience and works to correct problems. They also appreciate feedback and knowing when there is an issue so it can be fixed promptly.
I haven't tried the food yet - this is just a review of their customer service. Came in 7.20.18 at 11:30am - both women I interacted with were beyond wonderful, surprisingly good and nice service. That's pretty rare these days! Great job, thank you.
Great location for a Panera Bread. Inside is nice and big and a great place for students to snack and do homework. It was deceiving though when looking at google maps images. This location showed it had outdoor seating and when we went on a nice warm day, there was no outdoor seating for us as we had brought along our dog for the walk.
I had a lunch ordered for my team at Nordstrom and we were missing an item. I called and they were very understanding and sent out a delivery driver very quickly! Happy with the food & customer service!
At one point I worked a block away from this Panara, so for lunch I always came, for a Mac and cheese and the chicken tortellini, staff very friendly and always had conversation when I came. Even remembered my orders haha. Sometimes there is a line and when that happens expect a wait on food. Usually food is good but taking a star off because about 3 times Ive came and had my food be about 90% heated through, meaning some bites we're completely cold. But over all 4 stars.
Loved it. There is much to like about this place. A the choices on the menu will appeal to folks with different taste. I was very impressed with the portion sizes as well. The place is frequented by the local college crowd and the vibe is overall relaxed.

French onion soup is my favorite. Onions melt in my mouth like caramel. Fast charging plug near the fireplace. Bathroom code on receipt. Great food. Good location.
Panera Bread stores are pretty consistent, so if you have been to a Panera Bread before then you'll know what to expect. This location in particular is pretty large and they use restaurant pagers to bring your food to you whatever table you choose to sit at, which is a nice upgrade from most Panera Bread locations that have you waiting to pickup your food from the prep-area.
The only reasons I gave it 4/5 stars is that the internet speed is a little slow, which can make doing work out of this location frustrating some times. Other then that little gripe, it's a great place to meet people to have a meal or to get some work done (if you don't need to rely on a fast internet connection).
I had written a previous 1 star review regarding an incident related to customer service and a billing mistake, however after emailing the General Manager for this store, I received a sincere apology and explanation. This was an appropriate response, and has restored my faith in good business practices.. I'll be returning to Panera. Thank you Nadine.
No matter what Panera Bread location you go to they are all pretty much the same: Free WiFi, usually have a drive through, lots of sweets to choose from, great breakfast/lunch/dinner menu, friendly & helpful staff and really good meals to choose from. For those who want something different from the rest of the public, Panera Bread has a secret menu:
Try the Power Breakfast Egg White Bowl with Roasted Turkey to start the day off right. Or check out the Power Chicken Hummus Bowl for a delicious lunch. And consider the Power Mediterranean Roasted Turkey Salad or the Power Steak Lettuce Wraps for more great options
Food is incredible. The music they play was new to me but very inviting. Staff was very helpful and courteous. I loved this restaurant from my first experience here.
Wanted to give a shout out to Panera Catering service at the Seattle Broadway location. The order we placed this week came in short with chips....and after calling them, they not only brought over the missing chips within 15 minutes, but also a box of scones as well. It's a nice group of people there and they are very friendly and helpful. Thanks Panera.
