Sauce is so flavorful! Look no more for amazingness. And as for customer service, the two sweet women I met were kind, friendly, and served my slab or ribs to-go order superfast, and it was delicious! Also, I don't know what other folks may have experienced, but truly, two super sweet women helped me get super yummy ribs with excellent sauce. And folks, please remember: running a smoker and making high quality BBQ as this business does is hard work and requires experience - heat and smoke and small quarters add to the difficulty. The point is, be kind. Having this business in West Seattle is truly a gift and a blessing to the community.
Out of this world greens. The whole meal was incredible. Can’t believe I didn’t try this place sooner. And I got it delivered, so I’m sure even better eating there!

We ordered ahead so our food was ready by the time we arrived. When we called ahead they responded quickly and were very friendly.
This is such a nice little spot in West Seattle and honestly has the best barbecue I've had in Seattle so far. Although there isn't any indoor seating, they have a great vibe inside and the waiting space was quite pleasant in my opinion. I really liked being able to see their dessert and drink selection in the waiting area.
My family and I got ribs, chopped pork and chicken (mild and medium). We also had a few sides: beans, Mac and cheese, and cornbread. The meat was cooked very well and tasted great! My favorite of everything was definitely the chopped pork (but that's just personal preference lol).
The customer service here was awesome, the food was great, and overall, we loved it. I highly recommend Jones Barbeque to anyone looking for great barbecue in West Seattle.
I grew up on this bbq and literally nothing else in Seattle compares. It’s always a great treat if your in the area. The service is always great and I love the fact that it’s family owned. Truly a Seattle staple if you come to Seattle and don’t try this Que you didn’t experience Seattle. Period!!!
my food is almost gone but i have never had food so good that makes me go “i need to go leave a review right now”. this mac n cheese is some of the best ive had in years. all around super good! my stomach is very happy.
This feels like a hole in the wall bbq place and it is amazing!!! The food was incredible, and as a bonus, you can order the meal to go and have it delivered to the brewery next door! The brewery will let you eat there too!
I came all the way from Gig Harbor wanting some different delicious bbq from where I live so I went to Jones BBQ. Displayed are their rib rips, beef brisket, chicken hotlinks and fresh bread. This food was so tender I bit my bottom lip! You can also see another happy family who came in to get their bbq fix. Lastly, the staff were authentically welcoming. I will definitely be back next month .
Delicious, I ordered a 3 way combo with no sauce and got brisket, chopped beef and BBQ chicken as my choices, Jones has been around for awhile and I don't remember them offering no sauce option. I prefer it that way (since diets required to reduce sugars) and brisket was tender and all was delicious. I had to switch a texas style (which seems to be sauce on side) but so glad I came in. Greens, coleslaw beans and half chicken. Enough for many meals, so it will take me a while to get through it. Yum to all!!!!
We got Jones catering for a WSU large student event over the weekend. I could not have better things to say. The food was fantastic and everyone was raving. Even more than that, delivery was extremely efficient and he made sure we had EVERYTHING we needed. Was so prepared and my team and I were so so grateful for this. Amazing experience and would recommend this business to everyone!

Do not order food go to Jones on Sunday's. I went today and they didn't have anything ready. Had to wait 30mins for my food and the register lady was rude to other customers. A lady who placed her order walking out the store told the register lady that she doesn't have to be rude and the register lady didn't try to fix the problem. I tried to order online they cut there website off then when I called they didn't pick up the phone went straight to voicemail. Then when I got there the phones were ringing and when the cook tried to answer the lady told him don't pick up the phone. Then when i paid for my order i asked her to put my dessert in a bag and she forgot to ring me up for 2 and made me pay again. Need to work on better customer service.
The young black girl is bad. She has no professional attitude. There was no parking and the cashier needs to learn customer service and support.
Absolutely PHENOMENAL. Got a beef brisket and rib combo with collard greens and potato salad. Ribs were delicious and beef brisket was so tender. Collards and potato salad delish also. 10/10 recommend.

Ordered through Grubhub. I had tried years ago ordering rib tips. I decided to try it after all theses years. I ordered ribs brisket greens and macaroni and cheese. The meat was tender well cooked seasoned and very good. The macaroni was cheesy the way I like it but a little too much salt. I’m happy I tried Jones BBQ! I will order again.
This has been the go to spot for BBQ at the junction for my family for several years. Moved away during the pandemic just to come back and be so so glad they're still kicking!! Way better than any other BBQ out here.
