After spending a couple of days in Seattle, I managed to convince my colleagues to try my favourite Mexican restaurant from my Chicago trip, {Qdoba}.
Wow, from a simple down to earth outlet way back in 2010 to an upmarket & more Commercial place, these guys have grown a lot.

The food is great here, I tried a chicken tostada and it was nicely prepared with the meat and toppings of your choice. The service was good and there location is great since it is nearby to do shopping.
It was mine and my husband's first time ever trying this place. The burritos and taco bowls are absolutely huge and you can put whatever you want in it as far as rice and vegetables go and then you get one meat and it's like $10. The girl behind the counter was awesome and explained how the ordering
The portion size is good, and when I ordered the burrito bowl it's always nice and fresh, fast and includes the avocado too.
Prices are decent and location is ideal if you're in the downtown core.
Place usually isn't too busy or full compared to something like Chipotle
This place exceeded my expectations for vegan tacos. The vegetables and beans were nicely seasoned and the employees easily accommodated my requests for no dairy or meat products. Several fresh toppings are available as well, and hot sauce is available. Tasty tacos!
Great for a quick lunch with lots of healthy options. My favorite is the bowl with Impossible Meat and spicy queso, but the quesadilla is good too if you're not going for the healthiest option. Best fast food American/Mex around!
Loved the burrito bowl here. I have been eating Chipotle for some time but decided to try Qdoba for a change - and I just loved the taste. I feel there was a different flavour in their salsa and sauces and totally loved it. It is about the same price as Chipotle so not expensive as well.

Just ordered brisket nachos and added grilled steak. It was DELICIOUS!!!! All my instructions on the order was honored. I am a very picky eater (especially about Mexican food). These nachos outweighed my expectations. It did take me quite a while to receive my order, but that could just be the Uber
We ordered through Door Dash. We tried 3 beef tacos with salsa & pico, steak quesadilla with 2 different queso dips, and the chips & queso. Everything was delicious! These dishes are very flavorful with fresh ingredients.
I tend to pop in here right before closing as they're the only place still open past 9PM in the area besides the 3rd and Pine McDonald's, and to my surprise the quality of their food is just as good even right before closing time. Staff has always been nice too, even though I'm sure I've made them r
They're queso tastes like Velveeta but otherwise this is as close as you'll get to a Moe's so moesy on over and eat some nachos.
They don't have cucumber and that's a real bummer but they have some other good stuff.
