You know what you're getting with KFC. You're not paying for service or necessarily friendly people. You're paying for the super good chicken. I like the nine piece bucket extra crispy. Thank you very much.
One complaint, but this doesn't affect the rating. Why has KFC stopped giving jam with their biscuits? That's a mystery, and I know that's been that way for a long time, but why would you not give jam with your biscuits? Fake honey doesn't cut it. Bruh.
The parking lot scares me because it reminds me of the set of The Walking Dead but the people are so nice and the food is always fresh and CHEAP. I prioritize this branch because the kfc app gives awesome coupons for this specific location.

Yes, Martha, miracles can happen. After 3 trips through the drive-through, drum roll, please, they got my order right. I know how difficult it can be to actually put the food I ordered in a box, charge me the correct amount, put condiments in the box, and send me on my way but they pulled it off. What the hell, I might even go back!!
The place is fully renovated and looks amazing and about the food 🍗🍔🌮 it's so delicious like all the time and also the crew are very nice persons...totally recommended...10 stars!
It would have been 4 stars because they did let me add something to my order but then I was missing 3 things I ordered
If you can make it through a tacobell meal, then you can probably make it through a KFC bucket with no problem.
I ordered the classic KFC combo, which included a crispy fried chicken, mashed potatoes, and gravy. The chicken was hot and crispy, just the way I like it. The mashed potatoes were creamy and well-seasoned, and the gravy was the perfect finishing touch.

Went in on 7/24 and had a drive through order. Left without checking my order (per usual) and didn’t notice that some of our order was missing. Called the store and spoke to the manager. He was very empathetic and sincere. Not only did we get a refund but he offered a drink for the trouble. His customer service is definitely something I’m not used to, food was great as well!
Even though they forgot one of my three piece chicken meals, im going to give 5 stars. Heres why; this location is right next to a homeless encampment so I'm sure the manager gets a lot of unwanted or unfortunate visitors, however they seem to still cater to the surrounding community with no attitude and unbegrudgingly. I went it into the store to get my missing meal and the manager and all of her employees were eager to help me, didn't question if I had a receipt or get defensive, which is super rare as I've worked in fast food before and sometimes employees take their jobs way too seriously. In so many words, this location has restored my faith in the fast food service industry.
