This is an Oasis of calm in a stress laden city we call home. I hope when this Starbucks lease is up to be renewed this we'll run and friendly coffee dispensing business stays as a welcome member in Seattle's struggling family of hard working businesses.

The employees here are super friendly and helpful. Standard Starbucks, but has nice outside seating area and well spaced out in door seating.

While the new store is nicer the service is going downhill fast. I've been coming here for over 3 years and sad to say the service is lacking a lot lately. I stop in almost every morning. Everyone is always in an excellent mood, even at 5am! I love their .55 refills on iced coffee. They're all so knowledgeable! Ugh, definitely my favorite coffee shop.

I love this Starbucks. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming. It has lots of space to move around. The food is really good. There a lot of different drinks to choose.

During my first time in this place, I decided to try a new drink that I didn't end up liking because it was too sweet. I asked barista Maddie if she could add some extra water to fix my drink, and instead she just made me a new one free of charge. I'm very impressed with the customer service here.

I ordered an Americano and they had it made in 15 seconds. I was surprised but didn't think too much about it. When I tasted it back at my apartment later, I noticed the burned taste immediately. It is obvious that they pre-made the expresso and allowed it to sit on a burner too long. Not good takin

Ordered a breakfast sandwich at 7am - received it around 7:25. When asked about the delay, the staffs response was ‘mobile orders’. As in, ‘we don’t serve orders... in order’? Don’t bother coming here in the mornings unless you have a half hour to burn.
