The best seafood gumbo ever and chicken pot pie was so good � the service was very good ! Comfort food at its finest !
Enjoyed our dinner the other evening I had the chicken pot pie with a flakey puff pastry on top. It was fabulous I definitely would order again. My husband had the pot roast with mashed potatoes and gravy he said it was very tender and enjoyed it very much. For dessert I had the blueberry bread pudding it was hot and delicious so glad it was sugar-free! My husband had the double fudge cake.
This is the best place for home-made cooking!
What a fantastic place to visit...... food amazing and the staff extremely friendly, had a very good breakfast and then went back for dinner too then back for breakfast the day after.......what more can I say.....
Always great food and service, also the Sunday breakfast buffet is wonderful. The buffet is small but does have everything you need. Overall 5 stars.
Went today for lunch and the prime rib is out of this world delicious, really didn't need the horsey sauce or anything so flavorful an tender. The clam chowder, Wow fantastic flavor and loaded. Everything was just wonderful. Our waitress was also fantastic. We absolutely love this little gem
This was a wonderfully pleasant experience. It was like dining at home without having to cook and serve. The server, Michelle, was probably the best server I have ever had. She was attentive, friendly and efficient. Portions are large. Food is homestyle. Order the cheese curds, new on the menu. Passes the Wisconsin authenticity test. Will be going back.
Awesome breakfast.. we went on Valentine's Day. First we went to Mulligan's got seated and waited almost a half an hour for somebody to even show up at the table which they did not so we left. We decided to go to our most favorite place Sebastian Roadside restaurant. Service was a little slow but the place was booming and we were able to get our coffees right away. I ordered the veggie omelette and it was amazing out-of-this-world good my husband got his usual eggs and we we're very happy with this experience. When we go on a regular day we are also very happy with the service and the food. Thank you for being consistent.
Had their Sunday buffet. Everything was fresh and delicious. My server was great also, frequently checking with me to see if I needed a refill on my coffee or anything else. I have eaten there before, and I will eat there in the future.
Thursday is prime rib night.
It was tender and flavorful
We also tried the meatloaf.
A HUGE helping, enough to bring home for a sandwich the next day.
The food is always good, the service quick and the servers very friendly.
This is my favorite "go to" place
A very nice establishment. The Sebastian Roadside provides a menu typical for the area with enough quirky eye candy for one to enjoy themselves while consuming a very tasty bit. Prices in late January of 2022 were still very reasonable and the portions one receives are more than filling. We enjoyed a country fried steak and open-faced turkey sandwich, walking away feeling very over filled, but enjoying the repast very much.
We talked about trying the Roadside for breakfast soon and I will amend my post upon doing so.
Talk about options they have them all, including a menu of German dishes. We opted for the Patty Melt and French Dip. Both were good choices. The breaded mushrooms were amazing! We got some brownies to go and they tasted very good but were a little dry.
Went out for Fish Fry after bowling. The Alaskan Pollock was lightly breaded and perfectly cooked. Their bread is delicious but I chose to concentrate on the HUGE portion of fish they served. It’s all you can eat and there is no way we could eat more than the first plateful. Price was very reasonable for all you get. Bring your appetite when you go to this restaurant.
I've been here a couple times and everytime I go it's delicious. This time around I got some chicken tenders which came with 2 sides. I got Mac and cheese and mashed potatoes and gravy. The chicken tenders looked home made and hand breaded, not those frozen tenders they have at every other place. The sides were delicious as well and everything came out nice and hot. They gave me a lot of food for the price.
Little place with great food! Had some Tuesday specials for a late lunch. My party of 4 enjoyed the pot roast ( melt in your mouth type of tender and flavorful) BBQ burger, chicken pot pie and seafood gumbo. The gumbo included delicious shrimp and mussels. Friendly and attentive service. Will be back for "German" night one of these Mondays....only negative was the pot roast portion was adequate but not huge.
Been coming to the Road House since 2014, Have never been disappointed. Great food and staff, very friendly and attentive. Good location. When the snowbirds come down you need to arrive early because they found our secret for good food Play roadhouse
Sebastian Roadside Restaurant in Sebastian! Check out the Polish and German Day menus. Friday is Fish Fry. Thursday is Prime Rib. Wednesday is Turkey Dinner. You will think it's Thanksgiving.They have changed their hours and no longer serve breakfast and lunch. No matter! Food is all made from scratch with huge portions. Our waitress, Rachel, was personable and professional. Casual, come as you are, with a laid back atmosphere. Check it out!
The staff was very friendly and helpful! It has a good atmosphere, clean inside and outside! Plenty of parking, easy to find! For the price you pay, the food is plentiful and delicious! Better than a fast food place anytime! It is a country style type dinner! Thanks for your hospitality! Even the other costumers were friendly! It helps to have a grand baby with you!
