We hired Pascaline to make our wedding cake and dessert bites for our wedding. After we did a cake tasting, we fell in love with their chocolate cake with buttercream frosting. It is the best chocolate cake we have ever eaten. My husband who is not really a cake fan also loved it. They were so helpful and communicative through the whole process and delivered the most amazing desserts that our guests are still raving about, as are we. Our wedding cake looked amazing too, not to mention it tasted like heaven. We highly recommend them and would hire them again in a heartbeat!

Chef Didier, Ruby and the entire Pascaline Catering Staff were absolutely amazing to work with!! Throughout the entire planning process they were so helpful. Ruby was so diligent and organized with helping us plan our big day, she was very flexible with all my changes and dietary restrictions. The menu options that Chef Didier gave us was spectacular, you can’t go wrong with any of the options. The staff was professional, timely, and really made each one of our guests feel special and well taken care of. We have had MULTIPLE friends and family members rave about how delicious the food was an our wedding day, I highly recommend them for your catering needs! Thank you again Pascaline for being part of our special day and making it so memorable and delicious!

Wonderfully delicious quick bites & or beverages. Nothing fancy, just comfortable and almost homey kind of vibe. I’m sorry I didn’t take a photo of the wonderful sandwich & salad to share with everyone.

An AMAZING stop in on the side of the road. My partner and I both had the prosciutto sandwich which came topped with shaved Parmesan and banana peppers. So good!!

One of the best patisserie‘s I’ve been to!! Recommend the kougin aman– Buttery flaky sweetness, The boar in bed– Sausage and a flaky pastry and leek quiche– Lots of leeks and super creamy. We will be back when we’re visiting!

Delicious variety of quiches & fritatas. Sandwiches & breads, and many other homemade jams and goodies. We dined outside. Food took some time & my order was incorrect three times. Busy Thanksgiving week. Still recommend. The zucchini tomato quiche was hot and fresh.

It's rare that I like food as much as what I got here. The complex flavor profile of my turkey sandwich was wonderful and a surprise. Staff was lovely. I love chocolate, and their chocolate cake is a dream! I could only eat half but treasured every bite.

My new go-to place for authentic French pastries in the morning. Great coffee, too. Kudos to Celine and her team! Update: lunch salads and sandwiches are also wonderful!

The food was good. There was a shortage of tables so someone borrowed our bench while I was helping my friend order inside. It would help if staff took orders at tables so you aren't exposed to covid indoors and your furniture is there when you order

I will never not go here when I’m nearby. The Kovign Amann (sold only on the weekend) is my favorite pastry in America.

Excellent food and service! Our first time here as we’re new to Sebastopol. Nice patio to sit outside with our puppy and enjoy a great meal. We’re happy to have found our go-to brunch spot!

Small but very authentic bakery. Out of the way spot but that's part of it's charm. Do they have espresso drinks? I'm not sure...

Absolutely delicious, both the pastries and the lunch menu. The secret has gotten out, so if you get there too late, you may have a limited selection. My favorites are the kouign amann- if you've never had one, you should definitely try them. Buttery and flakey on the inside with a slightly crunchy carmelized exterior. My mouth is watering just thinking of them.

Pascaline has catered events for me and they knock it out of the park every time on food and service. The staff are professional, friendly and attentive and their food is outstanding in both taste and presentation. Highly recommend!

The BEST peach tart I've had outside of France. The gelatine too was full of peach flavor and not too sweet or gummy. Every bite was savored. Destination worthy!
