My family loves this shop! So many sodas to choose from and the ice cream is the best! My brother swears the Rum Raisin (only for adults) is the best overall. Owners are incredibly friendly and helpful. I booked the back table for a small kids group and they stayed open late for our little party. Small, locally owned business and it's the best!

My boys love to go to the soda shop. It makes for a fun outing. The ice cream is yummy and very reasonably priced. We got something for 4 people and spent less then $10. The owners/staff are very friendly. We have purchased several sodas too! We love trying new flavors with each visit. When we are done we walk downtown looking for hidden rocks put out by Facebook Highlands County Rock Stars.

Huge selection of old favorite sodas not available at your regular store as well as a variety of unique new sodas. Old fashioned hard serve ice cream that was delicious. I don't drink a lot of soda but I love to get ones that I drank as a kid, you can't beat the flavor. It's definitely worth the trip and they are going to be adding Chicago style hot dogs as well as some other food items. I look forward to visiting when I'm back in Sebring.

Recently my son came home w/ a Mountain Dew from the Sebring Soda Shop from Downtown Sebring, glass bottle and all. That first sip was life! I can't remember the last time I had real soda. I highly recommend this shop.

I take my 8 year old after school from time to time. It's a special treat for the two of us. The new shop is really nice. We sat near the window enjoying our ice cream and sodas and watching the world go by. I've yet to try their hot dogs. Maybe next time.

What a cool place! I felt like I went back in time. There were hundreds of old fashioned sodas and the ice cream was very delicious. I had pumpkin cheesecake ice cream and it was fantastic! We came with a large group and they handled us with ease.

Amazing selection!!! Very helpful on describing the different sodas and helping decide between the give assortment. And the salted Caramel Praline crunch ice cream is heavenly, a small is not enough, definitely get a large. And drink it with one of their ice cold root beers.

Sebring Soda & Ice Cream Works is located in the historic J.B. Brown building (1922) on the circle in downtown Sebring. Sebring is known as "The City on the Circle". It was founded in 1912 by Ohio by pottery manufacturer George Sebring. He designed a circular plan as a focal point for the entire community based on the design of Heliopolis, an ancient Egyptian city. George Sebring believed that all roads should radiate from the center of the community. The J.B. Brown Building has a concave facade that follows the circle to maximum the space. It was built for Mr. Brown's Hardware store and several other businesses. The second floor was the Circle Inn. Today you will find the Sebring Soda & Ice Cream Works occupying the first floor corner. I was expecting your average touristy ice cream shop but the minute I walked in the door I knew I was in for a unique treat. Shelves and coolers were filled with every kind of old fashioned soda you could think of in glass bottles. They claim to have over 300 different kinds. I was pleased to find a favorite brand, Avery's Soda. They have been making their soda out of a barn in Connecticut since 1904. I love their Totally Gross Soda Line which includes flavors like Kitty Piddle and Toxic Slime. They had the whole line including some I had never seen before. This year Avery's made a limited edition flavor, Sebring Gator Grog, an orange, kiwi, and blue raspberry concoction made especially for the annual Soda Festival held every April in Sebring. They still had some bottles left which I was more than happy to buy. I also picked up a Shirley Temple flavor soda. Soda's run $1.50 a bottle. If you would like to try a lot of flavors visiting the Soda Festival is an economical way to do it. You can buy a punch card for $20 that allows you to taste 40 sodas. During the festival there is also events, food, and music. In addition to the sodas, Sebring Soda & Ice Cream Works also sells hot dogs, shakes, and ice cream. I tried their Working Cow brand espresso chip with hot fudge. It was delicious and a small sundae was only $3.50. As an added bonus they stay open late which I appreciated because by the time I came in on a Saturday afternoon many of the other businesses on the circle had already closed for the day. The young lady who helped me was just as sweet as the sodas they sell. A trip to Sebring would not be complete without a stop here.

Okay so honestly this place is so cute I went to visit my mom I grew up around here and I wish this was opened when I still lived in the area! They were very busy from the circles lights for the holidays and were out of a few things but I got something even better than I think I would have picked! Wanted a root beer float was recommended the chocolate cherry float and OH MY. It was seriously SO GOOD. Nice place glad there is something like this open past 6 on the circle!!!!!

You all already know that this RV family finds every soda shop in the country! This gem in Sebring is not to be missed and you can't overlook the food and floats! Sebring Soda is as good as Pop's in Oklahoma and Galco's in L.A.! Make sure you visit and pick out an extra drink to float with their several flavors of ice cream. This place is great, but the view of the Sebring Park out the door is even better!

This is one of those shops that are worth driving to if you aren't local. Always friendly staff, great ice cream at a reasonable price and the downtown location is perfect for an easy walk after. Caribbean rum raisin, pistachio and peppermint swirl are several must try ice cream flavors here. They have a larger selection of sodas in the shop than you'll find at any other place in town.
