This was easily the best service I have had at a Wendy's since the 1990s. The staff was friendly and fast. We were a family of 6, and we were each particular about our orders. The cashier and manager made sure everything was correct. The store was also very clean. We were just traveling, though, but if we are ever in the area, we will definitely be back.

They gave me the wrong burger but the food was good and fresh. The girl in the register was very charismatic. She was excellent and seemed new because she did not know the products. She was patient though and took the time to check how burgers were.
Was only here for an interview but the atmosphere here is wow. Never seen a wendys like this. Very clean. Very organized. Crew works very well together. No arguing or bickering like when u walk in to other fast food places. Id give 10 stars if i could.
Monday late lunch. Mostly clear skies. Mid 80s. Surprisingly busy. Went inside for a quick bite. Took a few minutes for our order to be taken and a few more to get the food. Staff were very nice and all were busy. Food was fresh and hot. Only minor complaint was chicken nuggets were a darker brown. 5 out of seven stars for a perfect score. We will return.
All I can say it’s was so nice to get fresh hot friendly food at a fast food establishment. With friendly cashier …. Now days it’s hard to come by !!! Good

I cannot believe the outstanding customer service that I received at this location. About a month ago I lost my false teeth. They were wrapped up in a napkin, and I was visiting with friends at this location. Not knowing my dentures were inside one of the napkins, one of my party picked up all the napkins and tossed my dentures into the trash. We all left and I never thought anything about it. I got home and about 45 minutes later I realized that I hadn’t put my dentures in the cleaning solution for the night. I started to panic because I couldn’t find my dentures. I realized that my dentures were last seen at this location of Wendy’s so I went down there and Bianka, Jason, and Alex were wonderful. They pulled all the trash bags out of the dumpster after doing closing up procedures for the night and we went through all of the bags looking for my dentures. We spent a good hour and a half doing this. Unfortunately, we did not find them. I cannot speak highly enough to these great people! The food is also of high quality in great tasting. I definitely recommend this location!
My Wendy's in Fort Wayne Indiana did a great job of servicing and making the customer happy. This is my first time to go to the Wendy's in Sebring Florida. My receipt said Toi was my server, but to whoever it was acted like she was angry and another girl in the background upset. I asked my server one question about using your app. She said I don't do apps. She was giving me my coffee when I said I asked for cream and she said I don't do cream and sugar it's in the bag. Needless to say I'm not going to try your Wendys's again. I'm sorry but I really enjoyed your product in Fort Wayne. Mike Wilson
They really are living up to the "fresh hot fries" guarantee! Staff is friendly, no complaints there. I'm giving 4 stars due to the bread always bring dry and the sad piece of lettuce that comes with a "premium" sandwich... I say I visit every other week and it's been the same for months, dry bread and the small spine from the head of lettuce. If they can give out a better texture (fresh) bread and actually give good lettuce I'll go with 5 stars.
For fast food, it's pretty good. Very clean place.
