I don't think I've ever had a bad experience at Chili's. There have been a few times that they got my order wrong, it happens. Everybody makes mistakes. However, the few times it has happened, they've been eager to make it right.

Food and service were good . But please stop using those table top devices to pay your bill they never work correctly and then you have to wait for the server to come back and take your bill anyway. What a waste of the customer and the servers time.

I ordered curbside and when I pulled up there was about 6-7 cars I left and came back 10 mins later and the cars were gone. My order came up sooner than expected which was great. Food was hot and fresh. The person that brought the food out to me was very kind. The best curbside service ever.
