Ohhhh. The Hot chocolate was disgusting. We parked there for about 1/2 hour while visiting the Autumn fest... Thought I give a nice tip, for kind of letting us park there ( I'm sure they didn't notice)... Ugh... It was mostly waterish chocolate....
Donna would prefer not to help customers waiting. She would rather walk back and forth ignoring the line. Her only interaction with the customers is to smile after sneaking a munchkin into her mouth. And this is not an isolated event.

Never have I ordered food there that has come out correctly. Today asked for a chicken bacon sandwich with honey mustard-got a ham egg and cheese. Just annoying. Try to avoid this particular Dunkin.
I asked for a pretzel croissant with turkey, I got a flat bread with sausage??? They are very nice but I didn't open it until I got to the office😩 Nice girls but this is not the first time this has happened to me at this location.
