Review Whataburger - Seguin

So I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich with cheese...I probably paid for the cheese....where the cheese at though?? I would not even waste my time posting this. However, this is the 3rd time this has happened in 2 weeks. Love Whataburger, I would love for them to step it up on the details as well. Thanks

Avocado bacon burger without seasoning the meat. Looks and taste yummy. Oh I only go to whataburger on 46. Made my order correct as always.

It took us 30 minutes to get through, the kids at the window were completely inconsiderate. The window attendant decided to restock straws and cups as our food sat there. Still hadn’t asked for payment. Once he decided he was ready he took our payment, we were missing a water, still leaving our food beside him he haves our water. As I look through the bag. We are missing napkins, salad dressing, a fork and straws. So I had to go back. The worst Whataburger, horrible costumer service. Will never go back.

This was the best Whataburger experience in all of my life. My burger was amazing and considering I'm a Texan and whataburger is always amazing, please hear they topped that. Now the bacon was missing on my first burger but when Stacy brought my burger back, she welcomed me with a fresh, brand new burger with hot fresh fries Stacy's greeting and one on one attention even prior to correcting my order was nothing like I'd experienced in fast food I thought I was at Chick-fil-A. I'm so grateful to you Stacy, you're an amazing human with a heart for the people and service Please keep making the world a better place!!

Food was excellent! Service was quick and when my malt got knocked over they cleaned it up even after we got napkins and they told us not to worry about it. They also brought me out a new malt at no extra charge!

No place is always perfect but I've been visiting this Whataburger for over 10 years and have almost always had good experiences. As far as fast food goes Whataburger in general is one of the best.

My wife and I went through the drive thru and ordered ICED tea with our meals.We received warm tea with no ice and I asked the employee if they were out of ice and he said "Yep we haven't had ice all day"I asked him if they should tell customers that when they ordered and he said yep.He walked away from the window and I drove off with warm tea.

Talked to the Manager Walking out about solar panels and he is a great guy very nice, though the cheese taste different on these burgers we’re not upset, we just want to know what’s going on with the cheese lol - loving my meal though thank you guys ! 😊

Doesn’t matter when I go I wait 30-40 min for my food. Tonight I went through drive thru because there was only two cars in line. I pulled up at the window and waited 10 min there before being asked to drive forward 3 cars were behind me at this time and waited another 20 min while everyone else behind me got there food and left just for my food to be cold when it came out.

Longest drive through ever...horrible..did they have to go kill the damn cow first? 30 minutes and still waiting!

Had a very sweet worker today to give me a band aide and an antibiotic wipe for my elbow that had started bleeding. These ladies were extra, extra sweet today and do deserve a huge pat on the back. Great teamwork and so very polite. I was there with my two grandkids at 11:00 am. Always a please to go there but today was extra special. Thank you for all you do.

Was very disappointed, we didn't get cookie for kids meal...We ordered sweet and spicy bacon burger, onions were not grilled and we didn't get drink for meal...the ketchup we got was dirty and service at second window was rushed and not focused.. Never again...This post is meant for the Whataburger on Hwy 46...Not this Whataburger.. .

By far the best WB I've had in all of Texas. I can die quietly now.

Every time I come through the drive thru somehow my order is ALWAYS messed up. How are yall gonna give me a box with just toast in it WTF

Yesterday I went to this Whataburger yesterday I got the friendliest order taker at the drive thru. I got my hot fresh food quickly. My favorite part was the fries were not over salted. Perfect.

Take too long! Especially in the mornings!

I see negative comments but I bet they still gonna go back lol. It's awesome burgers and way better than other places like Wendy's or McD's

They didn't listen to me when I ordered I had to tell her 3 times before she repeated it to be correctly and then it was worng When it got to the table... When I went to ask where the missing food was she said 'MY BAD I DIDNT PUT THAT ON YOUR ORDER' I had to reorder my kids food.... Then my 2 of my kids had to wait 20 minutes for their food, while the rest of us was eating. We will never return to Whataburger ever again.......

Sux major pond scum. 3 hamburgers. Waited 45 minutes. Don't go here folks.

IT WAS GREAT. WE WERE VISITING AREA AND HAD WHATABURGER TWICE. LOVE THEM. DO NOT HAVE THEM IN OUR AREA.

I Used to LOVE this PLACE rated and praised it BUT, lately in this months I heard and seen CORRUPTION of POWER of authority WHICH makes me sick taking about customer's behind , pretending they care and curious complain after their most of the are on the phone not helping other managers than really Care for the business what gets me the MOST a humless eating and she called the cops on HIM and INNOCENT person just it's criticizing and it's discrimination what she has done that to me too at one point just when I asked for coffee heard her Way from WHERE I was sitting they just want Free COFFEE I could order and have her eat it, I've also seen when she had pushed aside and old lady that's elder and other three New manger's but JUST switched from other places..IF YOU WHAT THIS BUSINESS progress something NEEDS TO be done but again in another PLACE their still do WRONG.. Keep paying them to be on their phones Abusing the authority GIVEN I also yesterday got BURN by one manger in black shirt.. Still Shaked it off..BUT WHEN IT CAME TO calling the cops for JUST BECAUSE a humbless man was eating... That DRAW THE LINE...Be GLAD you have Rights and freedoms from salvery HOW IT FELT..So his White man humless or Not his a human being and has rights
