Thought I was ordering one thing but ended up ordering the wrong thing. Was hoping to get the 2 chopped beef with fries and a tea - thought it was combo #2 on the menu - but ended up with chicken. Chicken was good but hard to eat in the car.
This is first time visiting this location. I ordered the Rodeo 3 meat plate with brisket, ribs, and sausage—the sides mac and cheese, coleslaw, and potato salad. So, the coleslaw had too much black pepper, and it was scorched. The potato salad had no seasoning or color for adequate presentation. Th
Service was great. I didn't know they had tamales for the holidays. It was a nice surprise. Enjoyed them.
It was the first time I was trying this place and maybe the last time. I have tried their taco and my expectations was high! But unfortunately the Bar-B_Q was not good at all. The taste was good but it was too greasy! The chicken schnitzel was another story! Overall I wasn’t happy with my order.

Bill Millers BBQ is always one word. Consistent. Not something I can eat everyday but when I do, it hits the spot.
The Bill Miller breakfast with bacon is always a favorite. The carne guisada tacos are the bomb.
We go here for their breakfast tacos. The potato here is some of the best
