Employees have an attitude. Lack eagerness and communication skills. Very unpleasant.

Food was good. There isn't a Schlotzsky near me so when traveling, we like to eat there rather than the typical fast food. The attendant could have been friendlier; she acted like she could care less. The restaurant and bathroom was very clean; the food was good and fresh.
Drive thru wait was not too bad for what I ordered and a car in front. The calzone was not fully closed but still really good. The avocado Turkey is always good. And I love that they have Cinnabon. The staff was very polite even though I didn't know what I wanted
Visited this place a couple of years ago and I thought the flies were going to carry me away and the place was a mess/dirty.
My visit 2 days ago was totally opposite, clean/neat and the sandwich was very good. Must be under new management or the existing management got its stuff together.
Drive through. Asked for sweet tea got unsweetened when asked to correct the mistake cashier refused. Sandwich was warm like it had been left out. Got diarrhea from it. Chips in to go order were open. Manager short red head girl look like she had not had a bath. Service very poor.
Management is terrible. Would only fill cup 1/3 with ice, the tea melts the ice, so tea you're left to drink had NO ICE and the manager refused to give any more ice to enjoy your "iced tea" with your $30 meal for 2. We could have gone anywhere for that price and enjoyed our tea WITH ICE! Their thoug
Wanted to try something new and we were very satisfied with not only the taste but the sizes of our sandwiches! I had the chicken bacon club, she had the Fiesta and we had the meals that comes with a choice of chips and drink. We also tried the brownie. Definitely returning! They had good service.
The food received was tasty, but not made correctly..I ordered original cheese..the sandwich only had cheese and black olives, the lettuce and tomatoes were missing.
