Employees have an attitude. Lack eagerness and communication skills. Very unpleasant.

Restroom was in sad shape. Will think twice before revisiting.

Food was good. There isn't a Schlotzsky near me so when traveling, we like to eat there rather than the typical fast food. The attendant could have been friendlier; she acted like she could care less. The restaurant and bathroom was very clean; the food was good and fresh.

Drive thru wait was not too bad for what I ordered and a car in front. The calzone was not fully closed but still really good. The avocado Turkey is always good. And I love that they have Cinnabon. The staff was very polite even though I didn't know what I wanted

Visited this place a couple of years ago and I thought the flies were going to carry me away and the place was a mess/dirty.
My visit 2 days ago was totally opposite, clean/neat and the sandwich was very good. Must be under new management or the existing management got its stuff together.

Drive through. Asked for sweet tea got unsweetened when asked to correct the mistake cashier refused. Sandwich was warm like it had been left out. Got diarrhea from it. Chips in to go order were open. Manager short red head girl look like she had not had a bath. Service very poor.

Management is terrible. Would only fill cup 1/3 with ice, the tea melts the ice, so tea you're left to drink had NO ICE and the manager refused to give any more ice to enjoy your "iced tea" with your $30 meal for 2. We could have gone anywhere for that price and enjoyed our tea WITH ICE! Their thought process is ignorant. Said she was conservativing ice for her customers. How about GO BUY MORE ICE for your customers!!
Food was mediocre. Not up to the Schlotzskeys quality we are use to getting.

Wanted to try something new and we were very satisfied with not only the taste but the sizes of our sandwiches! I had the chicken bacon club, she had the Fiesta and we had the meals that comes with a choice of chips and drink. We also tried the brownie. Definitely returning! They had good service.

A great lunch with a friendly staff. An employee came to our table as we were enjoying our meal and offered us each a free cookie. How can people not leave feeling happy after that? We'll be back.

Today, a Texas Deputy was in uniform at the time, ordered lunch through the drivethru at Schlotzsky's (Seguin, TX), looked down at his receipt, and saw this lovely memo on it (his receipt said F*** u). He called the store and found out it was the cashier that did it! Im disgusted and disappointed.
I would like to believe this was just one idiot's actions and not something corporate would approve of. I sure hope schlotzsky's will take proper action for this employee's behavior.

We go frequently and there is a good reason for it. Amazing service and good food. Always hot and fresh. Everyone at the window is very happy every time I see them. The only time we've had to wait for our food was tonight and (I'm thinking) as a sorry for making you wait, we received two cookies for free. This is why I'll keep going back. Thank you Schlotzsky's!!!

Today I stopped at the Seguin HEB to pick up a few groceries. I was in line at the check out stand and there was a young man ahead of me wearing a Schlotzsky's uniform buying flowers and we greeted each other. The clerk rang up his flowers and told him the total and then he told her to add my groceries to his bill. I told him he didn't need to do that and he replied, "My pleasure sir, Thank You for Your Service". I was wearing a Veterans ball cap. I thanked him, I never expected that.
