Amazing Vietnamese restaurant, very nice and helpful stuff. Beef pho is great, delicious beef skewers and the best matcha green tea with boba I had. Highly recommend, will be back!
Saigon Bistro is the hidden gem of Seguin. The food is beyond flavorful and everything arrives at the table hot and fresh. The owner and his family are amazing and very personable. The pho is the best in the area and the preparations of sea food are the best in town. I’ve had most things on the menu
Best Vietnamese restaurant I've ever had the pleasure to eat at. I had their suggested Beef Stew which I can still remember exactly what it tastes like. I have marked it as a regular spot I will be frequenting. The staff is excellent and friendly.
The food is always on point. Been coming here for 6 years, ever since I moved here in Seguin. And it's wonderful. The owner is always you're taking care of and also friendly. There no disappointment there.
We had the most amazing meal here. The vermicelli noodle bowl was incredible, and our sping rolls barely graced the table before they had disappeared. Excellent service and fresh food. Seems to be made with care and attention to detail. I can't wait to come back and try it all!
All the food here is always amazing!. Pho is as authentic as it comes, broth is cooked for many hours. Love all the options
The food was really good. We had a nice waitress. We had their egg spring roll and it was delicious! Their marinated shrimp was really good too. Overall a pretty place with good food. Would come again.
Got excited to hear that a Vietnamese restaurant was coming to town, love the pho. My family and i went there opening day, believe we were the first customers, very satisfied with the meals, service was on point, very friendly people, will definitely be coming back soon. Keep up the great work!
