Review Mcdonald's - Seguin

Not fancy but they got my order right but started to forget my BBQ sauce..so definitely check before driving away. Downfall of drive thru is the bushes at the first pay here window need to be trimmed back.. But that's pretty much it. You kinda have to swing out to not literally have marks down your car and it puts you at an angle getting to that window.

Service terrible! Manager very rude displaying an attitude definitely not showing the younger workers how they should conduct themselves! Therefore this McDonald's can count on never receiving a penny from me ever again! Owner you need to fire that manager as soon as possible before you start losing more and more business

Worst McDonald’s ever! We stopped from a 6 hour trip so our child could eat and distract herself at the play place. The play place was closed due to unknown reasons (probably don’t want kids making a mess) we bought subway to eat because we did not want McDonald’s but my child and mother did purchase something to eat. The “Manager” approaches us and said we could not have outside food even if we bought something there as well! She has her mad dog face the whole time while I asked for my order to go. BS place never again! I should have just asked for my money back and gone to another McDonald’s but I’m not a rude person.

Today will be the last time I patronize this terrible place. For the 3rd time in a month I get the wrong order. I didn't look because I was in this double line for 32 minutes, now late and hungry. I now had but 28 minutes to peacefully eat my burger, so I finally get to my lunching cool spot... But, now I have 2 orders of nuggets and 2 of the scrawniest mini fries I've ever seen. The problem is that I ordered a double cheeseburger and large fries. I guess the weight seemed right and I had to go. Oops my bad. A note about that nugget and fry kid order, is that apparently they serve the kids fry- ettes or fry droppings, and some kind of gray stuff in the nuggets. It does not even resemble chicken. It's cold and, well,...gray. What a ripoff! Yuck, terrible. If you dare eat there , check the bag. They are serving your children essence of the bottom of the fry basket. I wonder if they save it up? Anyway, this was number 3, so, I call them. I ask for the manager. She says she is the manager. She said her name was Alicia. I explained that I waited. Only to be served the wrong order...again. She said they are busy....it happens. I don't care, that's what they do. It does not allow you to mess up this bad. Like ALL the time. This number 3. She says she'll make it right if I have a recipt, bring it. Now, I'm not about to actually eat anything prepared fo rme under these conditions. So tell her I have no intention of eating there again, this is 3 strikes for me, I just want an apology. Maybe youll address it at training . She hangs up. No, apology, just the big SLAM. I knew she or anyone would not care one bit. It really shows. Terrible service. So here's my review. I'd like to give it zero stars, but I can't. I'd like it get better at this store. But it won't. I'd like to know that someone genuinely cares about the service level, but they don't. There's a reason this store has bad reviews on service. It's bad! I'd categorize it as "sucks bad", but they would need to bring their level of give a damn up about 3 or 4 levels to meet "sucks". Stay away from this McDonalds. It's not the one. Go somewhere else where food and customers are valued.

Very bad customer service at the drive through just because I didn’t give them the McDonald’s app discount code ahead of time like how hard is it to type in the coupon discount code at the register? I just didn’t appreciate the lady at the register getting upset and talking to me with a bad attitude raising her voice as if I had committed a crime ! You don’t treat your customers that way even if they’re in the wrong . so with that being said I will definitely never be going to this McDonald’s or the other McDonald’s on I-10 for fear that they too will treat me like a criminal just for not letting them know ahead of time of any McDonald’s app discount code coupons… they usually ask for any discount app promo codes while ordering but this time they didn’t… I’m sorry…

I love this McDonald's every time I come to this one there fast, the food is delicious, hot and ready to eat. There workers are always fast an respectful I love this place.

This McDonald's is the ONLY McDonald's I know charging for syrup for a McGriddle one should already come with the meal. And then this is the only McDonald's that serves me cold coffee when it's suppose to be HOT and they try to tell me its because of the creams but NO I get the same amount of cream and sugar and this place literally service cold coffee EVERY time.

This MCD is Very busy every time we go order they will double check your order and get you back on the road ASAP. KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK TEAM

No biscuits and gravy..... never have I NOT seen biscuits and gravy on the breakfast menu. Kids were upset. So was I.

The girl at the window tried to give my food to the car in front of me. So it sat there almost 5 minutes while they made that persons drink order. When I did get up there, I asked for salt and pepper, she rolled her eyes at me. Instead of having s+p at the window, she had to walk around the counter to get it. I heard her telling another employee “one of these days when they ask if they can have s+p... I’m going to say no”. Listen here young lady, you are an employee hired to serve the public. Maybe you need more training, to fix your attitude. You are so disrespectful.

I'm not upset at the fact that my order was wrong I'm more upset about the way that the kitchen staff were behaving when I asked for my correct order all them young kids in the back were just running their mouth and talking all kinds of crap when all I wanted was my food correct. I realize that lunch and dinner rush can be kind of hectic because I have worked at that location before but when I did it I always remained professional and courteous to the customer. Those kids that work at that location have no respect for anyone. And I mean specifically the ones in the back actually preparing the meals the servers and the cashiers were all very polite and courteous. It's sad because I've been going there since I was in high school and I've never had any issues before but after this experience I don't think I'll ever be going back to that location again. Oh and to the little punks who were in the back mean muggin and talking shit, I'm not very hard to find. That's all I have to say I hope that whoever controls this Facebook page has a serious talk with their staff and fire people if need be.

Worst service ever at a McDonalds. We waited ten minutes in line behind 1 person to order than another 15 for our "fast food."

It’s not McDonalds if your order isn’t wrong. How do you forget the egg on a bacon EGG and cheese?

I got in line waited for 10 min then they told me cash or chip card only then I had to wait another 15 min to get out of line with 2 screamig kids who where hungry �������

They screwed up the order (again), and then we're indignant about correcting it. All the 6 staff members at the counter were more interested in gossip ang giggles than customer service and satisfaction. Whataburger it is from now on.

Ordered 2 McRibs..got home and no bottom bun..just a bbq sauce covered napkin..��

Service is always so fast..no matter what I order!!! I am also a caretaker of an 84 year old man and I bought him the Big Platter..when we got home and he sat down and ate his eggs and commented how good his eggs were as he smiled!!

It was good up until some guy came in dressed as Hamburglar , I thought it was part of some promotion .. but then he actually stole me and my friends cheeseburgers .. We chased him down and found him outside scoffing them down while at he same time talking about " Infowars " , he said " My Name is Dan Bidondi from InfoWars dot com .. " and started yelling some other crazy stuff . We thought the guy was a comple friggin nutbar and just drove off . Still wasn't impressed that some guy can just dress up as Hamburglar and steal burgers like this :-/
