Very clean outlet here and your order are freshly prepared. I have included a photo where they are preparing the patties. The staff are also extremely helpful and friendly. We ordered ultimate cheeseburger and sourdough jack and they are both delicious. You can add lettuce, tomatoes and onions without extra cost

Excellent customer service with hot fresh food goes a long way. Pricing is fantastic compared to most other fast food chains. I paid $18 for two large meals and even added an extra patty to my burger. I will be returning to this location more often!

Employees were hustling with drive-thru & inside orders. They had smiles & kind. Appreciated their hard quick work at making our dine-in experience lovely. Food was good. You could tell they were understaffed & yet they did a great job at getting everyone's order out.

It's Jack in the Box. It's not fine dining. It is some of the better late night food when you're drunk. Those deep fried tacos are the bomb. The bacon ultimate cheeseburger is always a staple.
This is the only Jack in the Box I've been to where the place leaves all the lights and intercom on after it's closed. Simultaneously not having one clue as to their hours of operation. This one is in Seguin TX, so who knows when they might be open.

Food was not good, tacos tasted as if cooked in rancid oil. Burger wasn't off as well. The egg rolls were okay, but didn't have any sweet and sour sauce for them...we were however given about 1 packs of ranch and honey mustard that we did not ask for or want.

I'm not sure if this is the jack in box in new Braunfels or Seguin. The one in New Braunfels is better than the one in Seguin. Seguin is closed most of the time when I try to go there in the evening and the workers are not professional at all. Sorry just being honest. So if I was to go to Jack in the box again. It would for sure be in New Braunfels .

Jack in the box is one of my favs, but this one really needs a new management team to come in and revaluate the current staff! The food is still really good, but it would kill them to smile and be curtious!!

Service is really slow. Management obviously sucks there. There are never enough employees late night and its always busy when I go there since it is right off a busy highway. It shouldn't take 30 mins for food at a FAST food place. The employees try their best but there is only so much they can do, because they are chronically understaffed. Once I went and they were just randomly closed at 11pm, no explanation (it's a 24 hour store)!

Service was horrible, staff was rude, dining area was a mess, staff and manager talking on phone and yelling profanity while working. Messed up the order. Needs work on staff

I spent 30 mins in the drive through because the woman in charge forced everyone to order at the window. Meaning she didnt want to make more then one order at a time and by entering the ticket at the window it wont show the 30+ minute wait times. I asked the young man what was wrong with the ordering board and or system and his reaponse was "nothing, she just made everyone pull up to the window. I am kind of upset about it" this is extremly poor managment and I will be complaining to corporate and the owners of the location as well as the general manager. If this isnt fixed I will not be going back. And please do something about the light that flashes over the drive through. Someone is going to have a ceasure after they sit there for 30 minutes.
