Review Pizza Hut - Seguin

The pizza is your ordinary Pizza Hut. There's a pick-up window if you call ahead or order online. The folks there are good about having your pizza ready at the promised time. They do have seating if you want to dine in, but there's approximately zero atmosphere. It has a company cafeteria feel. Get the takeout. I won't go into details about the pizza, there's nothing different about this store compared to all of the others.

I ordered my pizza through the app was sent a confirmation that my order would be ready in 15 minutes. I arrived right at 15 minutes as I was out running errands. When I arrived, I was told my order would be another 20 minutes cause it was still on the made table, if I understood the girl correctly. I was told I could wait and it would be brought out to me or I could come back (as if gas is cheap these days). I asked for a refund and was given a dirty look and the girl rolled her eyes. The manager was nice and definitely more of a pleasure to deal with. The reason for the 1 start review is because I've had this happen another time when I was given a time frame and when I arrived, I was told another time because my order wasn't in the oven yet.

Me and my husband had ordered from the online Pizza Hut. I had realized I had put extra sauce on my pizza and I had called up there immediately to ask if they can just put regular sauce on it. when I had gotten my pizza and paid for everything my pizza still had extra sauce and my cinnamon sticks were so hard. I called and asked if they can just fix my pizza and put regular sauce didn't even ask if they can remake the cinnamon sticks. so when I got my pizza again it had no sauce just cheese on it like no sauce at all so disappointed that they couldn't fix one thing.

So. Pepperoni lovers is supposed to be loaded with it I've gotten it a few times and I get more ordering a regular pep... Ad the sauce on the wings sad

Eating pizza right out of oven is always great. With so much delivery now days you forget how good fresh pizza is. Reminds me of growing up.

Sometimes wait is an hour or longer. They make things wrong and then have you pay again for the other one. They also hang up on people when it's too busy. I worked there and just left cause of the way they treated there customers. Their dishes are never completely clean always extra grease but ig thats a pizza place for you.

It was great however did they change the cook times ? It used to take about 30 minutes to make , now only 15 . The crust on the thin and crispy wasn't at all crispy . In my opinion the crust plays a crucial part in the overall taste of the pizza . It was great but disappointing.

I am cutting to the chase here..."extremely tasty grub and superb customer service." I am genuinely pleased to comment on my visit to Pizza Hut, Seguin, Tx (on 123) yesterday. Although, my experience with this PH location has been kinda all over the place, I am finally willing to recommend them to others. Businesses have to work to earn my review (good or bad). 😁 If you understand "duty, honor, country," please continue reading. Worst Pizza Hut I've ever dealt with , ordered a meat lovers pizza with extra meat and it barely had any meat on it ! You could fill up the palm of one of your hands with the amount of meat on it . Also ordered cheese bread and it came out burnt , they told us that's the way it comes and there is nothing they can do about it !

This is like the 3rd or 4th time I asked for no garlic butter on hand tossed pizza and it still ends up having garlic butter , I understand that sometimes it gets busy put to not read the ticket that says no garlic butter and still put it on I don't think it's a mistake. I don't return it cause my kids are ready to eat and it's bad because I like pizza hut but I think I might go back to to little Caesars or dominos

Do not bother with this place, incompetent is about the only polite thing that can be said.

Just had the Seguin Pizza Hut deliver for the first time & it was great. The new menu is awesome and they made it exactly how we ordered it.

Slowest delivery ever 30 min late and cold pizza....wow

Pizza was horribly burned and I was told "that's the way it always comes out.

The District manager needs to restructure the management team at this location.Upon pulling into,the drive thru there were 2 employees and a manager out back door open smoking and laughing. The girl inside took over 10 minutes to come to the window. When I did get our order for home ad found we were given the wrong order. Called back and the pretending manager stated he was out of product and couldn't fill my order. He then stated that they were short handed and this was the reason for the issue. When,i,asked about the people standing outside he stated that I never saw anyone and no-one was outside.I told,him we had placed an online order and I had me a confirmation email to,show what I had ordered. He told me he never got an order from me and he couldn't did the issue. That was lie #1 So this man tells me he would credit me when I returned to the store.I asked him for a corporate number and he stated they had no such number lie #2 When I got there I counted 9 employees working, very short handed lie #3. I saw pizzas ,going into and coming out of the ovens. I was lied told a lie a fourth time. Then he didn't even come out to speak to me he didn't have the courtesy or respect to address the issue. I asked the young girl working if she could check the holding oven where the keep pizzas for pickup customers to see if my order was possibly there. Well what do you know my exact order was sitting in the oven yet this pretending manager stated he never recieved. I am contacting the District Manager and I emplor you to NEVER support this shop while it is under the current leadership. And I use that term extremely light. Of you have a problem running a store you need to walk across the street and push carts at Wal-Mart. This place is a joke and this was the second time we had an issue at this location.
