Review Sonic Drive-in - Seguin

It was a little disappointing to be waiting to pick up our food after ordering it in the drive-through, only to have everyone else be served before we were even able to pay or receive our order. Mind you, we were at the front of the line, at the window. To have every car hop bring us other people's food, asking "did you order this" or "did you order that," and not being able to find the vehicle the food originally belonged to...all while messing up our order, receiving the bottom of the barrel tater tots and forgetting to add items to our order. To say the least, I don't think we'll be back!

online ordered BBQ "jumbo" popcorn chicken for pickup but got maybe 4 decent nuggets and the rest was popcorn bread with barely any BBQ sauce. I called to inform, arriving a few hrs later with order in hand. A very sweet and personable short hispanic young lady greeted me with a smile and accepted my complaint along with the order and receipt. I requested a med snickers blast. It was almost the exact amount I would be due in exchange. Same girl comes back, bigger smile, says "we aren't supposed to exchange food for ice cream but I did it anyway" as she handed me a LG size blast. I politely thank her an leave. When I got hm I see that I did not receive a Lg Snickers Blast. It was all ice cream with snicker crumbs on the top. Lesson: Either stick to yr guidelines or come back with the correct request. You did me no favors, I'm still out the $5.49 with no receipt. Thanks pal

Horrible experience. We only ordered one large order of fries, a pretzel and a small shake. We waited for over 20 minutes while others came a went and I pressed the button 3 times and finally a guy came on and said your order will be right out. When they finally brought it the food was cold and in a torn and crumpled bag like it had been given to someone else and returned. I asked for a refund but I was told by the manager that I couldn't get a refund without a receipt which wasn't included in my order. Then it took me another 10 minutes to work that out. Obviously, from reading the other reviews, this is a reoccurring issue at this location.

The lady that took our order continuously cut me off as I was trying to tell her what I wanted to order. She wouldn't even stop talking long enough for me to ask her to stop interrupting. Took the food home and there was no bacon on one of the 3 burgers ordered and was paid for. This is the 1st bad experience at this Sonic. I sure hope this person finds an new attitude tomorrow. 3/3/2022

I ordered 2 chicken slingers, a route 44 sweet tea and Dr pepper, tots with cheese and Baja sauce and a mini reeses blast. Well after almost 35mins of waiting for the food it comes out.. I don't really mind the wait all that much because I understand things happen (I used to be a general manager for baker Street pubs(HUSA management)in houston for 7 years. So I get the industry and I'm forgiving in alot of areas. The order was incorrect and cold ontop of that. I got one slinger a route 44 Dr pepper tots with no Baja sauce and hard from the cheese being cold and a melted snickers blast instead of reeses. I inform the car hop about missing the route 44 sweet tea and slinger. After some time they come back out with a medium diet coke and no slinger. She hands me the medium drink and says sweet tea and then walks off. I was like ok whatever I'll accept it they must be having a bad night. I take a drink and it's diet coke. Now I'm impatient. Call the server back and tell them it's diet coke and not a route 44 and reminded about the missing slinger. She goes back in and I see on my screen that they are trying to charge me for the damn sweet tea again. Mind you the server took my receipt and never gave it back while trying to correct the problem. Like I said I'm forgiving but it was bad. We didn't even get plastic ware for the tots. I mean come on. They weren't even that busy honestly. Definitely needs some attention over there.

Overall very dissatisfied and disappointed with the work ethic here. Sat here for 30 minutes after closing without our food. Called again and said they lost our food. Workers are walking (kind of) around cursing and stomping. 10/10 would not recommend again.

We didnt wait a looong time for our order. The food was A-1, as expected. Never been let down by Sonic, so far, sooo goood!

If your looking for even halfway decent customer service this place isn't it. I'm not picky and rarely get mad about poor fast food service but I have tried and tried to give this particular location a chance. Hell I probably won't EVER go to another Sonic franchise again!! Thank you

I'm very disappointed with Sonic today. I have been on a low carb/no carb diet for 6 months now. I tried to order a burger with no bun or sides, it was the regular $4 then I tried to order JUST a grilled chicken patty ALONE and that was $4.50!!!! I'm trying to enjoy some delicious food and they are going to charge $8/9 for some patties and lettuce,tomatoes?!Since I had already ordered for my hunny and kids I left their orders but I won't be going back sadly #EXTREMLYDISAPPOINTED

This is by far the slooowwweesstttt Sonic ive ever been to. Every visit. No matter what you order you spend 15 minutes in the drive thru. The parking lot is empty and i just ordered a drink. 15 minutes. Every Visit

The carhops at Sonic are the best always nice and friendly

Very disappointed!! Went Tuesday evening , ordered 4 burgers. When we got home opened burgers they were cold and the lettuce was not fresh it was a transparent color . Also had asked for mayo and mustard.I should have known when the bag wasn't even warm but was in a hurry to get home and watch the game . I had heard good reviews and had really enjoyed the few times I had gone there, but not sure if I will go back.

They are so slow.. we go get a bag ice..and we come with nothing.. ugh
